تعلن شركة Jisr Human Capital بالنيابة عن شركة رائدة في قطاع الإضاءة والمنتجات الكهربائية والأدوات الصحية عن فتح باب التوظيف لوظائف إدارة المنتجات في الرياض، السعودية، وتبحث عن مدير منتج (خبرة 10+ سنوات) وأربعة أخصائيي منتجات (خبرة 3+ سنوات).

نبذة عن الوظيفة

شركة رائدة في قطاع الإضاءة والمنتجات الكهربائية والأدوات الصحية، ذات حضور قوي في السوق السعودي ومحفظة منتجات متنامية، تسعى إلى تعزيز فريق إدارة المنتجات في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة وتطوير محافظ المنتجات، ومراقبة اتجاهات السوق، وتحديد فرص المنتجات الجديدة، والتنسيق مع الموردين، ودعم قرارات التسعير وهوامش الربح.
  • تحليل أداء المنتجات، والحفاظ على دقة مواصفات ومعلومات المنتجات، ودعم فرق البيع بالمعرفة التقنية للمنتجات.
  • العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق البيع والمشتريات والتسويق لتعزيز محفظة المنتجات وموقع الشركة في السوق.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • لمدير المنتج: • خبرة 10+ سنوات في إدارة المنتجات أو إدارة الفئات أو دور مشابه. • خبرة قوية في قطاع الإضاءة، المنتجات الكهربائية، الأدوات الصحية، مواد البناء أو القطاعات ذات الصلة. • فهم تجاري قوي للتسعير، هوامش الربح، ربحية المنتج، وإدارة المحفظة. • خبرة في إدارة الموردين وتطوير محافظ المنتجات. • فهم قوي لاتجاهات السوق والمنافسين ومتطلبات العملاء. • مهارات تحليلية وتفاوضية واتصالية وقيادية ممتازة. • الخبرة السابقة في السوق السعودي مفضلة للغاية.
  • لأخصائي المنتجات: • خبرة 3+ سنوات في إدارة المنتجات أو تخصص المنتجات أو إدارة الفئات أو دور مشابه. • خبرة في قطاع الإضاءة، المنتجات الكهربائية، الأدوات الصحية، مواد البناء أو القطاعات ذات الصلة. • فهم جيد لمواصفات المنتجات والتسعير والموردين واتجاهات السوق. • القدرة على تحليل أداء المنتجات ودعم تطوير محفظة المنتجات. • مهارات اتصال وتنسيق قوية. • الخبرة السابقة في السوق السعودي مفضلة.

Company Description

A leading company operating in the Lighting, Electrical Products & Sanitaryware sector, with a strong presence in the Saudi market and a growing product portfolio.


Role Description

The company is looking to expand its Product Management team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is hiring for the following positions:

  • 1 Product Manager - Lighting, Electrical & Sanitaryware | 10+ years of experience
  • 4 Product Specialists - Lighting, Electrical & Sanitaryware | 3+ years of experience


The team will be responsible for managing and developing product portfolios, monitoring market trends, identifying new product opportunities, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting pricing and margin decisions.

The roles will also involve analyzing product performance, maintaining accurate product specifications and information, supporting sales teams with product knowledge, and working closely with sales, procurement, and marketing teams to strengthen the company’s product portfolio and market position.

Qualifications

Product Manager
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Category Management, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience in Lighting, Electrical Products, Sanitaryware, Building Materials, or related sectors.
  • Strong commercial understanding of pricing, margins, product profitability, and portfolio management.
  • Experience managing suppliers and developing product portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Previous experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred.
Product Specialists
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Specialization, Category Management, or a related role.
  • Experience in Lighting, Electrical Products, Sanitaryware, Building Materials, or related sectors.
  • Good understanding of product specifications, pricing, suppliers, and market trends.
  • Ability to analyze product performance and support product portfolio development.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Previous experience in the Saudi market is preferred.
