Sama Team Contracting is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with a strong professional network and a proven ability to secure projects across the government and private sectors.

Responsibilities

* Generate and secure new projects for the company.

* Build relationships with developers, consultants, government entities, and corporate clients.

* Promote the company’s services in:

* General Contracting

* Interior Fit-Out

* Interior Design

* Furniture Solutions

* Wood Manufacturing & Joinery

* Facility Maintenance

* Conduct client meetings and presentations.

* Follow opportunities through contract award.

Requirements

* Proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales within the construction industry.

* Strong network within the Saudi market.

* Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

* Self-motivated and target-driven.
