يسعى مقهى Le Café LPM (التابع لمجموعة La Petite Maison - LPM) في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، إلى تعيين مدير مطعم لقيادة فريق ديناميكي وابتكار تجارب ضيافة لا تُنسى، مع مزج فن المطاعم الفاخرة بروح الريفيرا الفرنسية المرحة والراقية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • القيادة والإلهام: إدارة وتحفيز فريق يضم أكثر من 25 موظفًا، ورعاية المواهب من خلال التدريب وتقييم الأداء والالتزام المشترك بالتميز.
  • الارتقاء بتجارب الضيوف: الحفاظ على معايير الخدمة الأسطورية وتعزيزها، وضمان أن تعكس كل زيارة سحر ورقّة الريفيرا الفرنسية.
  • إدارة العمليات: الإشراف على الجوانب المالية واللوجستية، بما في ذلك المخزون والتنسيق مع الموردين وجدولة الموظفين ومؤشرات الأداء (عدد الزبائن، متوسط الإنفاق).
  • حل المشكلات بإبداع: تحديد التحديات التشغيلية وتنفيذ حلول مبتكرة لضمان خدمة سلسة وأجواء لا تُنسى.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة قيادية من 3 إلى 5 سنوات كمدير مطعم أو مساعد مدير في مؤسسة راقية ومماثلة.
  • قدرة مثبتة على تدريب وتحفيز وإدارة فرق كبيرة، مع التركيز على الأداء والتطوير.
  • خبرة في إدارة المخزون والتنسيق مع الموردين والإشراف المالي (تتبع مؤشرات الأداء وإدارة التكاليف).
  • شغف بخدمة العملاء الاستثنائية، مع القدرة على حل المشكلات المعقدة بشكل احترافي.
  • وعي ثقافي وقدرة على التكيف للتفاعل مع فريق متنوع وعملاء دوليين.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • شخصية ديناميكية وحيوية تتناسب مع العلامة التجارية المرحة والراقية.
  • إجادة اللغة الفرنسية أو أي لغة أوروبية أخرى (ميزة إضافية).

YOUR MISSIONS:

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-end, comparable establishment.
  • Proven ability to train, motivate, and manage large teams, with a focus on performance and development.
  • Expertise in inventory control, supplier coordination, and financial oversight (tracking KPIs, cost management).
  • A passion for exceptional customer service, with the poise to resolve complex issues professionally.
  • Cultural awareness and adaptability to engage with our diverse team and international clientele.
