مجموعة القفاري | Alkaffary Group تبحث عن مسؤول لوجستي (Logistic Officer) مخلص ودقيق للانضمام إلى فريق اللوجستيات في بريدة، القصيم، السعودية. في هذا الدور، ستتولى تسهيل حركة البضائع وضمان كفاءة عمليات سلسلة التوريد، وستساهم في تحسين سير العمل اللوجستي مع الالتزام بالسياسات الداخلية واللوائح الخارجية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنسيق عمليات اللوجستيات بما في ذلك النقل وإدارة المخزون وتنفيذ الطلبات
  • الحفاظ على سجلات مستويات المخزون والشحنات وتحديثها
  • التعاون مع الموردين وشركات النقل والفرق الداخلية لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد
  • إعداد الوثائق اللازمة للشحنات، بما في ذلك الفواتير وقوائم التعبئة والأوراق الجمركية
  • مراقبة وتتبّع الشحنات لضمان الامتثال للجداول الزمنية ومعالجة أي مشاكل تنشأ
  • تحليل بيانات اللوجستيات لتحديد مجالات تحسين العمليات
  • المساعدة في إدارة الميزانية وتطبيق إجراءات التحكم في التكاليف داخل قسم اللوجستيات

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة اللوجستيات أو دور مشابه
  • فهم قوي لمبادئ سلسلة التوريد واللوجستيات

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة والقدرة على تعدد المهام
  • الكفاءة في استخدام برامج اللوجستيات وحزمة Microsoft Office
  • مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية مع الحفاظ على الاهتمام بالتفاصيل

Alkaffary Group is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistic Officer to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the movement of goods and ensuring the efficiency of supply chain operations. The Logistic Officer will coordinate various logistics activities, including inventory management, transportation oversight, and documentation processes. Your primary goal will be to optimize logistics workflows while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain management. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment
  • Maintain and update records of inventory levels and shipments
  • Collaborate with suppliers, transportation companies, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Prepare necessary documentation for shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure compliance with schedules and handling any issues that arise
  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement
  • Assist in budget management and cost-control measures within the logistics department

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in logistics management or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
