نبذة عن الوظيفة
يدير مهندس المشاريع المعمارية تنسيق وتصميم المشاريع المعمارية بدءًا من المفهوم وحتى مرحلة التنفيذ، مع ضمان تحقيق جودة التصميم والمتطلبات الفنية واحتياجات العميل. تشمل المهام اليومية إعداد الرسومات والمواصفات، وتنسيق نماذج BIM، ومراجعة المقدمات، والتعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات داخليًا وخارجيًا. كما يشارك في اجتماعات العميل والاستشاريين، ويدعم أنشطة إدارة المشروع مثل متابعة الجداول الزمنية والتسليمات، والامتثال للكودات والمعايير المحلية والدولية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة عملية التصميم والتنسيق المعماري من الفكرة إلى التنفيذ، بما يضمن تحقيق جودة التصميم والمتطلبات الفنية واحتياجات العميل باستمرار.
- تطوير وإعداد الرسومات التنفيذية والمواصفات الفنية، وتنسيق نماذج BIM (نمذجة معلومات البناء) مع الفرق الأخرى.
- إعداد ومراجعة المقدمات الفنية والوثائق طوال مراحل المشروع (Submittals).
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية متعددة التخصصات والاستشاريين الخارجيين لضمان التكامل والجودة.
- توجيه توثيق المشروع والإشراف على أهداف الاستدامة (مثل LEED أو نظم مماثلة).
- المشاركة في اجتماعات العملاء والاستشاريين والرد على الاستفسارات الفنية أثناء التصميم والتنفيذ.
- دعم أنشطة إدارة المشروع مثل تتبع التسليمات ومراقبة الجداول الزمنية والمساعدة في الالتزام بالكودات والمعايير ذات الصلة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الهندسة المعمارية أو تخصص قريب؛ ويفضل الحصول على ترخيص أو اعتماد مهني.
- خبرة في العمل المعماري على مشاريع كبيرة ومعقدة، مع مهارات تصميمية وفنية قوية.
- خبرة في إدارة المقدمات (Submittals) والوثائق الفنية وعمليات المراجعة خلال مراحل المشروع.
- الإلمام بأطر الاستدامة مثل LEED أو ما يماثلها، والقدرة على دمجها في التصميم.
- قدرات في إدارة المشاريع تشمل التخطيط والتنسيق ومتابعة الجداول والتسليمات والتواصل مع الأطراف المعنية.
- معرفة بالكودات البنائية المحلية والدولية.

Role Description The Project Architect role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Jeddah, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Project Architect will lead the design and coordination of architectural projects from concept through construction, ensuring that design intent, technical quality, and client requirements are consistently met. Daily responsibilities include developing drawings and specifications, coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, preparing and reviewing submittals, and collaborating with multidisciplinary internal and external teams. The role involves guiding project documentation, supporting LEED or other sustainability objectives, participating in client and consultant meetings, and responding to technical queries during design and construction. The Project Architect will also support project management activities such as tracking deliverables, monitoring schedules, and helping maintain compliance with relevant codes and s
tandards.Qualifications
- Strong architectural design and technical skills, with experience in Architecture for complex, large-scale projects.
- Experience managing Submittals, technical documentation, and review processes throughout project phases.
- Awareness of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or comparable sustainability frameworks and their integration into design.
- Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, schedule and deliverable tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional registration or licensure is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in relevant BIM and visualization software and workflows (e.g., Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, or similar)
including coordination with other disciplines.
