نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن أخصائي زراعي مؤهل للإشراف على إنتاج المحاصيل وتقديم الدعم الزراعي والبحوث التطبيقية وتدريب الموظفين عبر عمليات المزرعة في منطقتي فولتا والشرقية. يتطلب الدور التنقل بين الموقعين وفق جدول دوري، مع قضاء الجزء الأكبر من الوقت في Hodzo كقاعدة رئيسية، وسيتم دعم ترتيبات السفر والخدمات اللوجستية بين الموقعين كجزء من الوظيفة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة صحة المحاصيل وحالة التربة وأداء الحقول.
- وضع وتنفيذ خطط الزراعة والتسميد ومكافحة الآفات والأمراض.
- تحليل بيانات التربة والمحاصيل لتقديم توصيات لتحسين الإنتاجية.
- تقديم المشورة لموظفي المزرعة حول أفضل الممارسات الزراعية.
- تصميم وإجراء تجارب حقلية وبحوث تطبيقية لاختبار الأصناف والمدخلات والممارسات الزراعية.
- تدريب وتوجيه موظفي المزرعة والفرق الميدانية من خلال جلسات عملية حول إدارة المحاصيل والتربة والآفات.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن الإنتاجية والتقدم.
- ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الزراعية والبيئية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الزراعة أو علوم المحاصيل أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة سابقة في دور استشاري زراعي أو أخصائي زراعي.
- معرفة قوية بممارسات إدارة المحاصيل والتربة.
- خبرة في إجراء التجارب الحقلية أو تقديم التدريب الزراعي (ميزة إضافية).
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة جدول دوام متنقل في الموقع.
- الاستعداد للسفر بين Kraboa وHodzo حسب الحاجة.
- مهارات تحليلية وتواصلية قوية.

- يدوي حقيقي - مرتاح لقضاء اليوم في الحقل وليس خلف المكتب.

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Agronomist to oversee crop production and provide agronomic support, applied research, and staff training across our farm operations in the Volta and Eastern Regions. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our farm locations.
Work Arrangement
- This role covers two farm locations: Hodzo (Volta Region), the primary base, and Kraboa (Eastern Region).
- The Agronomist will rotate between both sites on a scheduled basis, spending the greater share of time at Hodzo.
- Travel and logistics arrangements between locations will be discussed and supported as part of the role.
- Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and field performance.
- Develop and implement planting, fertilisation, and pest and disease control plans.
- Analyse soil and crop data to recommend yield improvements.
- Advise farm staff on best agronomic practices.
- Design and conduct field trials and applied research to test varieties, inputs, and agronomic practices.
- Train and mentor farm staff and field teams, delivering practical sessions on crop, soil, and pest management.
- Prepare regular productivity and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with agricultural and environmental standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field.
- Prior experience in an agronomy or agricultural advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of crop and soil management practices.
- Experience running field trials or delivering agricultural training is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage a rotating on-site schedule.
- Willingness to travel between Kraboa and Hodzo as required.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
