المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء مسوحات ميدانية لدعم مشاريع البناء والتطوير، بما يشمل جمع وتسجيل القياسات الدقيقة وبيانات الحدود.
- أداء المسوحات الطبوغرافية ومسوحات المباني، وتحديد نقاط المرجع الإنشائية وفحصها.
- تشغيل أجهزة المسح مثل المحطة المتكاملة (Total Station) والمعدات ذات الصلة بدقة وأمان.
- إعداد الرسومات المسحية والملاحظات الميدانية والتقارير الأساسية.
- التعاون مع المهندسين والمشرفين في الموقع للتحقق من مطابقة التخطيطات للمخططات الهندسية.
- صيانة المعدات واتباع إجراءات السلامة، وضمان التزام أعمال المسح بالمعايير والمتطلبات المعتمدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في مسح المواقع الإنشائية وقراءة الرسومات الهندسية.
- يفضل استخدام برامج المسح أو أدوات CAD.
- دبلوم أو درجة تقنية في المساحة أو الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة (مفيد).
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة الرياضية العالية.
- القدرة على العمل في الهواء الطلق وتحت ظروف مختلفة.
- مهارات اتصال فعالة والعمل ضمن فريق.
- الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة.
