Arabic-Speaking Security Trainers - Riyadh

We are seeking experienced, Arabic-speaking Security Trainers to deliver specialist training programs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with the possibility of additional online delivery in Arabic.

About the Role

You will deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions (Level 3 or Level 5) to security professionals, covering critical operational and strategic skills including:

• Crowd Management - from a security perspective, including risk assessment and control measures
• Security Management of Major Events - planning, coordination, and operational delivery of security at large-scale events
• Security Communication & Coordination during Critical Incidents and Emergencies - effective communication protocols and multi-agency coordination during emergency response

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) - essential
• Proven experience delivering security training at Level 3 and/or Level 5
• Strong subject matter expertise in crowd management, event security, and/or emergency communications
• Experience delivering training in a classroom setting; comfortable with online delivery a plus
• Based in or willing to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Relevant certifications/qualifications in security training or a related field preferred
