شركة Next Match AI LLC تبحث عن مهندس Full Stack Engineer متمرس للعمل على تطوير ونشر حلول البنية التحتية الأساسية وواجهات API في المملكة العربية السعودية. الوظيفة عن بُعد 100% وتتطلب الإقامة في السعودية، مع الارتباط بمركز العمليات التقنية في أبوظبي.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتطوير وصيانة تطبيقات ويب آمنة وقابلة للتوسع باستخدام أطر الواجهة الأمامية الحديثة ومنطق خلفي متين.
  • بناء وتحسين طبقات API الأساسية لضمان تواصل سلس مع منصات الطرف الثالث وتبادل آمن للبيانات.
  • تصميم هياكل قواعد بيانات نظيفة وتحسين الاستعلامات العلائقية المعقدة لضمان كفاءة معالجة المعاملات ذات الحجم العالي.
  • تطبيق بروتوكولات أمان Zero-Trust ومعايير تشفير البيانات لحماية وحدات التحقق من الهوية وفقًا لتوجيهات SDAIA.
  • مراجعة وتحسين سرعات تحميل التطبيق ومقاييس التجسيد من الخادم ومعالجة المهام الخلفية لضمان أقصى وقت تشغيل للمنصة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تطوير الواجهات الأمامية والخلفية (يفضل خبرة في بيئات B2B SaaS أو Fintech أو Cloud).
  • إتقان تقنيات الواجهة الأمامية (React، Vue، أو Angular) إلى جانب أطر الخلفية القوية (Node.js، Python، أو Go).
  • خبرة عملية في قواعد البيانات SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL، MongoDB) وأدوات البنية التحتية السحابية (AWS، Docker، أو serverless functions).
  • مهارات تواصل استثنائية باللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً ومحادثة؛ القدرة على التعامل بالعربية تُعد ميزة إضافية لفهم السياق المحلي للبيانات.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات، أو تخصص تقني مشابه.

The Opportunity

Next Match AI LLC is seeking a highly skilled, independent Full Stack Engineer to own the deployment and optimization of our core software products across the Kingdom. As our AI-driven matching architectures and automated verification systems scale inline with regional digital transformation mandates under Vision 2030, we require an engineer who can bridge seamless client-side interfaces with high-performance backend pipelines.

Operating completely remote from within Saudi Arabia, you will take full technical ownership of features supporting our core HR API and customer portals. You will build clean, secure, and responsive digital environments, collaborating directly with our technical systems hub in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Application Delivery: Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications utilizing modern front-end frameworks and robust backend logic.
  • API Architecture & Integration: Build and optimize our foundational HR API layers, ensuring seamless third-party platform communication and secure data handshakes.
  • Database & Workflow Management: Architect clean database structures, optimize complex relational queries, and ensure efficient handling of high-volume transactional records.
  • Security & Compliance Controls: Implement "Zero-Trust" security protocols, handling data encryption standards to protect sensitive identity verification modules inline with SDAIA data guidelines.
  • Performance Refinement: Audit and polish application loading speeds, server-side render metrics, and background job handling to guarantee maximum platform uptime.
Who You Are (Requirements)
  • Proven Development Background: 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience (experience within a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Cloud product environment is highly preferred).
  • Technical Stack Fluency: Proficient in front-end technologies (React, Vue, or Angular) combined with robust backend engineering frameworks (Node.js, Python, or Go).
  • Database & Cloud Acumen: Confident working with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud infrastructure tools (AWS, Docker, or serverless functions).
  • Frictionless Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; professional Arabic language capabilities are a distinct asset for local data context interpretation.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a strictly related technical field.
