We're Hiring - Retail Delivery Professionals | Saudi Arabia

PD Design & Retail Consultancy is expanding its Retail Design & Delivery (RDD) team for several prestigious shopping mall developments across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking experienced Retail Delivery professionals with proven expertise in shopping malls , tenant coordination , retail fit-out , and landlord-side retail delivery .

 Current Vacancies 

- Retail Delivery Executive (3-4 Years)

- Retail Delivery Associate (5-7 Years)

- Retail Delivery Manager (8-15 Years)

All applicants must have active SCE membership.

 What We're Looking For 

We are seeking professionals with experience in one or more of the following:

- Shopping malls and retail developments

- Retail and F&B fit-out projects

- Mixed-use and commercial developments

- Hospitality and lifestyle destinations

- Entertainment developments

- Airport retail projects

- Luxury retail developments

Candidates should have practical experience in:

- Retail Design & Delivery (RDD)

- Tenant coordination

- Landlord design review

- Retail fit-out management

- Design submission and approval process

- Architectural and MEP coordination

- Site inspections and construction monitoring

- Programme and milestone management

- Testing, commissioning, snagging and handover

- Store opening and operational readiness

 Preferred Industry Background 

Experience with developers, landlords, consultants or contractors involved in major retail developments 

 Preferred Technical Skills 

Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of:

- Tenant coordination and retail delivery

- Landlord design criteria and compliance

- Architectural and MEP coordination

- Design review and technical comment consolidation

- Shop drawing and material submission review

- Site inspections and quality monitoring

- Programme, risk and milestone management

- Testing, commissioning and handover

- Retail opening readiness

- Progress reporting and KPI monitoring

 Software knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Navisworks, Power BI, or similar project management and document control platforms will be an advantage.

 Qualifications 

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Interior Design, or a related discipline.

- Saudi Council of Engineers Registration (where applicable) is preferred.

- KSA or GCC experience is highly desirable.

- Transferable Iqama is an advantage.

- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
