تعلن شركة Hexagon Mining عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لمهندس مشاريع (Project Engineer I) في منطقة الرياض، بهدف التخطيط والتنسيق والتنفيذ للمشاريع التقنية وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والمواعيد المحددة.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يقوم المهندس بتخطيط وتنسيق وتنفيذ المشاريع التقنية لضمان تسليمها في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية وبالجودة المطلوبة. يجمع هذا الدور بين الخبرة الهندسية ومهارات إدارة المشاريع، ويشرف على دورة الحياة الكاملة للمشروع بدءاً من التصميم والتنفيذ وصولاً إلى الاختبار والتسليم. تشمل المسؤوليات الرئيسية تطوير خطط المشروع وإدارة الموارد ومراقبة التقدم وتخفيف المخاطر وضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والتنظيم.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • العمل المباشر على نشر المنتجات والحلول التعدينية المعقدة ميدانياً.
  • دعم وصيانة البرمجيات.
  • تقديم التخصيصات المخصصة حسب الطلب.
  • استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح المشكلات النظامية.
  • امتلاك وتنفيذ تكوينات أنظمة العملاء.
  • تنفيذ تخصيصات النظام باستخدام أدوات البرمجة النصية (Scripting Tools).
  • المشاركة في جهود التركيب في موقع العميل.
  • حل المشكلات المعقدة التي تتضمن أنظمة متعددة متكاملة.
  • إبلاغ الجهات المعنية عن المخاطر والمشكلات المتعلقة بالمنتج والحلول التقنية المنشورة في مواقع العملاء.
  • تصعيد المشكلات الحرجة التي تتطلب مدخلات من أصحاب المصلحة الآخرين، لا سيما ممثل فرق خدمات التعدين أو فرق الدعم المساندة.
  • الحفاظ على المعرفة التقنية بعروض المنتجات الحالية والقادمة.
  • مواكبة الاستراتيجيات والتقنيات الجديدة والمتطورة المتعلقة بدعم الأنظمة من خلال الروابط الصناعية والعضويات المهنية المناسبة.
  • تقديم تقارير منتظمة عن مشكلات المشروع الحالية، بما في ذلك تحديثات الحالة وطرق الحل.
  • الاستفادة من العلاقات مع العملاء والجهات الأخرى لإبلاغ فريق خدمات التعدين بالمشكلات المحتملة التي تؤثر على العملاء، وكذلك الفرص الأخرى لشركة Hexagon.
  • التعاون مع فريق المبيعات في مرحلة ما قبل البيع (مثل حضور / قيادة العروض التقديمية التقنية).

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في الهندسة (حاسوب / تعدين / كهرباء / إلكترونيات) أو علوم الحاسوب أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التعدين، مع خبرة تراكمية في الوظيفة المعروضة أو كمهندس برمجيات أو مستشار برمجيات أو مهندس تعدين أو مسمى وظيفي ذي صلة.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، وتُعتبر إجادة اللغتين الفرنسية والبرتغالية ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة في: PostgreSQL، SQLite، SQL Server، Linux، Linux shell scripting، Ubuntu.
  • خبرة سابقة في العمل مع فرق عن بُعد (مفضلة بشدة).
  • السفر (محلياً ووطنياً ودولياً) مطلوب لأداء الخدمات للعملاء في مواقعهم.
  • رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول وجواز سفر أو تأشيرة (حسب الاقتضاء).

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented a Project Engineer to be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role combines engineering expertise with project management skills, overseeing the full project lifecycle from design and implementation to testing and handover. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, managing resources, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills are essential for success in this role

SCOPE OF THE ROLE

  • To have a strong and broad high-level knowledge of the mining systems deployed.
  • To be a point of escalation for technical issues that the team raise as they are working on projects and to work through the escalation process to seek resolution to problems outside of the responsibility of the Project Engineers and other technical staff.
  • To work with Project Managers to ensure the efficient deployment of mining systems on time and within budget.
  • To ensure that the deployment of systems and products is carried out as efficiently as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively work on product/project deployment of complex mining solutions in a hands-on manner.
  • Support and maintain software.
  • Deliver bespoke customization as required.
  • Troubleshoot system issues.
  • Own and implement customer system configurations.
  • Implement system customizations using scripting tools.
  • Participate in onsite system installation efforts.
  • Undertake complex problem solving involving multiple integrated systems.
  • To ensure that relevant stakeholders are aware of risks and or issues with the product and the technical solutions being deployed to customer sites.
  • Escalation of critical issues requiring other stakeholders’ input to resolve issues, specifically the relevant Mining Services or supporting teams representative.
  • Maintain technical knowledge of the current and upcoming product offerings.
  • Maintain knowledge of current, new and evolving strategies and technologies in relation to systems support through appropriate industry links and professional memberships.
  • Regular reporting of current project issues, including updates on status and resolution methods.
  • Utilizing relationships developed with customers and other contacts to advise Mining Services Team of potential issues affecting customers as well as other opportunities for Hexagon.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team in a pre-sales capacity (e.g. attending / leading technical presentations).
  • Representing Hexagon Mining in a helpful, professional and courteous manner at all times.
  • Maintain, enhance and adhere to Hexagon documentation and reporting standards, systems and processes.
  • Compliance with Hexagon Mining’s Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures, participation in audits and compliance with instructions given with respect to the health and safety of himself/herself and the safety of others.
  • Other duties as required from time to time.

EDUCATION BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Mining / Electrical /Electronic), Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3 years previous Mining Industry experience of progressive experience in job offered, or as a software engineer, software consultant, mining engineer, or related occupational title.
  • Proficient in English, with additional fluency in French and Portuguese considered an asset.
  • Experience in Postgres, SQLite, SQL Server, LINUX, LINUX shell scripting, Ubuntu.
  • Previous experience working remote teams (Highly Desirable)

TRAVEL

  • Travel (local, national and international) will be a requirement of this role to deliver services to clients at client sites.
  • Valid Driver's License and passport or Visa (if appropriate) required.
