المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم الأنشطة اليومية للخدمات اللوجستية والشحن، بما في ذلك تنسيق الشحنات وتحديث معلومات التتبع.
- ضمان دقة التوثيق للشحنات المحلية والدولية.
- التواصل مع العملاء، شركات النقل، والفرق الداخلية لحل المشكلات وإدارة الجداول الزمنية.
- المساعدة في تنسيق المستودعات وتحديث المخزون وأعمال سلسلة التوريد الأساسية.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء وتحديد فرص تحسين العمليات.
- دعم خدمة العملاء من خلال ردود مهنية وفي الوقت المناسب.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الجمارك والجهات التنظيمية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو درجة بكالوريوس في اللوجستيات، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
- خبرة في الشحن، الخدمات اللوجستية، أو عمليات سلسلة التوريد (ميزة إضافية).
- القدرة على العمل في الموقع بالرياض وإدارة مهام متعددة في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
- الإلمام بأنظمة الجمارك أو منصات النقل (ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
