المهام والمسؤوليات
- تركيب وتكوين وصيانة معدات التتبع والأجهزة ذات الصلة في مواقع العملاء.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية وتشخيص المشكلات التقنية وإتمام الإصلاحات أو الاستبدالات لضمان تشغيل الأنظمة بموثوقية.
- التنقل بين المواقع لإجراء اختبارات المعدات، وتوثيق أنشطة الخدمة، وتقديم تحديثات واضحة للعملاء والفرق الداخلية.
- اتباع معايير السلامة، والمحافظة على الأدوات والمخزون، والتعاون مع فريق الهندسة أو الدعم لحل المشكلات التقنية المعقدة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة عملية في تركيب وتكوين واستكشاف أخطاء الأنظمة الإلكترونية أو أنظمة التتبع.
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم الوثائق الفنية والمخططات الكهربائية وأدلة المعدات.
- دبلوم أو درجة تقنية ذات صلة (إلكترونيات، اتصالات، ميكانيكا، أو مجال قريب) - يُفضل.
- خبرة سابقة في الخدمة الميدانية أو الصيانة أو الدعم الفني - ميزة إضافية.
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول وأهلية العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- كفاءة تقنية عالية مع قدرة على تشخيص الأعطال بشكل منهجي تحت ضغط الوقت.
- معرفة أساسية بمفاهيم الشبكات، والكابلات، وربط الأجهزة - يُفضل.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتواصل الفعال مع العملاء والفرق الداخلية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في الموقع، وإدارة الجداول الزمنية، والحفاظ على سجلات خدمة دقيقة.
- الراحة مع العمل الميداني، بما في ذلك السفر داخل منطقة الرياض والعمل في بيئات خارجية أو صناعية متنوعة.
