تسعى شركة Draken Europe إلى توظيف مهندس طيران مرخص B2 (B2 Licenced Aircraft Engineer) للعمل في قاعدتها بالسعودية. يهدف الدور إلى دعم كبير المهندسين في ضمان السلامة والامتثال التنظيمي والأداء التشغيلي لأنشطة صيانة الطائرات وفقاً لـ Part-145، بالإضافة إلى تقديم الدعم الفني للفريق وتطوير الأفراد. تتضمن الوظيفة سفراً منتظماً إلى مواقع متفرقة داخل السعودية. تلتزم Draken بثقافة التنوع والمساواة وترحب بطلبات المتقدمين من قدامى المحاربين وأسرهم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ المهام بمستوى عالٍ، والإشراف على أي عمل ضمن صلاحيات الشركة والتصديق عليه في السجلات الفنية أو بطاقات العمل.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش على الصيانة المجدولة وغير المجدولة، وإصلاح العيوب، والتعديلات، والنشرات الفنية على طائرات الشركة والعملاء حسب التوجيهات.
- ضمان الامتثال لوثائق الصيانة المنشورة وإجراءات الشركة.
- إكمال بطاقات العمل فور الانتهاء من المهمة، وتسجيل أي عيوب إضافية على بطاقات عمل جديدة، وتسليمها للمشرف.
- إبلاغ المشرف فوراً بأي عيوب حرجة، والعمل معه لوضع الحلول.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات اللازمة لإنجاز جميع المهام الموكلة.
- التأكد من أن جميع الأدوات المستخدمة خاضعة للرقابة والمعايرة وفقاً لإجراءات الشركة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- رخصة صيانة طائرات UK Part 66 غير مقيدة من الفئة B1/B2 (يفضل B2).
- شهادة نوع على طائرة Challenger CL604 مرغوبة بشدة ولكنها ليست أساسية.
- معرفة قوية بالمتطلبات التنظيمية المتعلقة بصيانة الطائرات.
- تدريب مهني معتمد أو ما يعادله.

The Role
We are currently recruiting for B2 Licensed Engineers for our base in Saudi Arabia. The position is to assist Chief Engineer, for the safety, regulatory compliance and operational performance of all Part-145 aircraft maintenance activities within the Aircraft Maintenance department and detached locations, essential to the effective delivery of customer contractual requirements. In addition, the LAE will provide support to the team with engineering decisions and provide guidance regarding personal and team development.
This position will require regular travel to support operations at detached locations within Saudi Arabia away from the main operating base

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Carry out tasks to a high standard, supervise and certify any work within the terms of the Company authorisations in technical logs or on Company worksheets/work cards
- Carry out scheduled / unscheduled maintenance inspections, defect rectification, modifications, service bulletins on company and customer aircraft as directed
- Ensure compliance with published maintenance documentation and company procedures.
- Complete worksheets/work cards as soon as the task is completed and write any additional defects found on to additional worksheets/work cards and hand the completed worksheets to his supervisor
- Notify the Supervisor of any critical defects immediately and then work with the supervisor to develop solutions.
- Liaise with those departments necessary to complete all tasks allocated
- Ensure and monitor that all tooling used is controlled and calibrated as required in accordance with company procedures.
- Carry out any other task as instructed by their supervisor
- To be particularly responsible for the maintenance of aircraft allocated to their control by the supervisor.
- Assuming overall responsibility for all trades engaged in work on an allocated aircraft
- The movement of spares to and from Stores
- The ground movements of aircraft
- Unrestricted B1/B2 UK Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence
- Challenger CL604 Type Rating is highly desired but not essential
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements related to aircraft maintenance
- Approved apprenticeship or equivalent
- Ability to be security cleared to SC level
- Computer literate
- Self-starter who looks for lateral solutions
- Good leadership & Motivational Qualities
- Needs to understand and deliver customer service, whilst representing the company interests
- Needs to be able to enjoy working within a small team
- An ability to work safely while meeting expected delivery schedules
- A willingness to work flexible hours, to meet operational requirements and assist in aircraft recoveries/deploy on short notice detachments when required
