Estimation Engineer - Marble & Interior Finishing

We combine technical precision, quality craftsmanship, and modern design to deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects. Our team works across design, production, procurement, and execution to ensure every project is delivered accurately and efficiently.

We are looking for an Estimation Engineer to join our team in Riyadh.

The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for reviewing project drawings and specifications, preparing accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), developing project cost estimates, and supporting tender and quotation preparation for marble, stone, finishing, and related works.

The role requires strong technical understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with design, procurement, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.

• Review architectural, technical, and shop drawings to determine project scope and requirements.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Prepare cost estimates for marble, stone, finishing, installation, and related works.
• Calculate material quantities, wastage, labor requirements, installation costs, and other project-related expenses.
• Obtain and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Compare pricing, technical specifications, and commercial terms to identify the most suitable options.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and project teams to verify quantities and technical requirements.
• Update estimates and BOQs based on drawing revisions, design changes, or client requirements.
• Support the preparation of tenders, quotations, technical submissions, and commercial proposals.
• Participate in supplier and subcontractor negotiations when required.
• Maintain accurate estimation records, cost databases, historical pricing, and project documentation.
• Monitor market prices for marble, construction materials, labor, and related services.
• Identify potential cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities while maintaining required quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in estimation, quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
• Good understanding of construction materials, finishing works, and project costing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD; experience with estimating or quantity surveying software is an advantage.
• Strong numerical accuracy and analytical skills.
• Good negotiation and supplier-comparison skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple quotations and deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Previous experience in marble, natural stone, interior finishing, fit-out, or related construction projects.
• Knowledge of marble fabrication, cutting, installation, wastage calculations, and material optimization is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is an advantage.
• Professional certification in estimating, quantity surveying, or cost management is a plus.
