تعلن شركة GCC Olayan عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة أخصائي خدمة في الرياض، السعودية، حيث سيتولى المسؤول عن تخطيط وإدارة العمل المباشر في الورشة للقسم أو العلامة التجارية المخصصة، وضمان تلبية احتياجات العملاء وتوقعاتهم من خلال إدارة عملية أعمال الورشة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط العمل المجدول والموارد مع مراعاة المعرفة والمهارات المتاحة لدى الفنيين.
- وضع روتينات لضمان توفر الموارد فيما يتعلق بالأدوات والمعدات الخاصة وقطع الغيار.
- التحقق من توفر المعدات الخاصة.
- استبدال الأدوات التالفة وغيرها لضمان البنية التحتية اللازمة للورشة لتنفيذ العمل.
- وضع روتين لسهولة كشف الانحرافات ومراقبة العملية وتحسينها عند الحاجة.
- تحديد محتوى وجدول أعمال الاجتماع اليومي للتخطيط والتوجيه، وعقده.
- تقديم مقترحات لتحسين عرض الورشة: حملات محلية، محفظة خدمات، إلخ.
- مراقبة معايير وروتينات النظافة والترتيب في الورشة.
- مراقبة الفعالية في الورشة ومتابعة الختمات وغيرها.
- اختيار الفني المناسب للمهام، وتزويد الفنيين بالتعليمات والتوجيهات، ومناقشة المشكلات أو المهام معهم لإيجاد أفضل حل للعميل.
- وضع ومتابعة روتينات لتحديد الأعمال الإضافية.
- إعادة تخطيط الورشة لاستيعاب أي أعمال إضافية أثناء التشغيل.
- تحديد واقتراح واتخاذ قرار بشأن الحاجة إلى أعمال إضافية، وإبلاغ مستشاري الخدمة بذلك.
- وضع ومتابعة روتينات لسهولة كشف الانحرافات في وقت التسليم.
- وضع روتينات للعمل في الوقت الفعلي (إعادة العمل، أمور الضمان، إلخ) والتحسين المستمر.
- تقديم المشورة والدعم لعمل الفنيين، والتحكم في استخدام الفنيين للمهارات والمعدات والإجراءات والأدوات المناسبة.
- إجراء مراقبة الجودة للعمل المنجز، ومراجعة بطاقة العمل مع الفني.
- إجراء فحص الجودة النهائي قبل تسليم المركبة للعميل.
- الإشراف على الموظفين، بما في ذلك مراقبة الالتزام بالوقت والإنتاجية.
- توزيع المهام والمسؤوليات ضمن خطط العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة تقنية في أي مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.

Role Purpose

Job Accountabilities & Activities
- Plan scheduled work and resources taking knowledge & skills available of technicians into account.
- Set routines to secure resource availability in regard of tools, special equipment’s and parts.
- Check special equipment availability.
- Replace damaged tools etc. securing the workshop infrastructure needed to carry out work.
- Set the routine of spotting deviations easily and monitor the process, improve when necessary.
- Set the content/agenda and hold daily planning/steering meeting.
- Make proposals for improving the workshop offer: local campaigns, service portfolio etc.
- Monitor standards and routines for workshop cleanliness and tidiness.
- Monitor effectiveness in the workshop, follow-up stampings etc.
- Select the right technician for jobs, provide technician with instructions and directions, taking the time to discuss a problem or job with the technicians to find best solution for customer.
- Set and follow up routines on identifying additional jobs.
- Re-plan the workshop to fit in any additional jobs during operations.
- Identify, suggest and decide if additional work is needed, inform Service Advisors thereof.
- Set and follow up routines to easily spot deviations in delivery time.
- Set routines for “act in real time” (re-work, warranty matters etc.) & continuous improvement.
- Advising and support technicians work & control that technicians use proper skills, equipment, procedures & tools .
- Make quality control of work done, go through job card with technician.
- Do the final quality check before handing over vehicle to the customer.
- Supervise the staff, including monitoring of time keeping and productivity.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities within the action plans.
Technical degree in any related field.
