شركة سرج (Sarj) الناشئة في الرياض، والمبنيّة في المملكة العربية السعودية بخبرات من وادي السيليكون، تبحث عن مهندس منتج (Product Engineer) للعمل على حلول مبتكرة في مجال الذكاء الصوتي والوكلاء الذكيين (Voice AI & AI agents).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون مع فريق المبيعات لفهم متطلبات العملاء والنتائج المرجوة.
- اقتراح كيفية تلبية احتياجات العملاء باستخدام منتجات سرج AI وترجمة المتطلبات إلى حلول عملية وإبداعية.
- تصميم وبناء ودمج حلول مخصصة باستخدام منتجات وتقنيات سرج AI.
- تحضير وتقديم عروض توضيحية للعملاء، والإجابة على الأسئلة المتعلقة بالمنتج والجوانب التقنية والنطاق.
- جمع الملاحظات وتطوير الحلول بناءً على متطلبات العملاء.
- التنسيق مع فرق المنتج والهندسة عند الحاجة إلى مدخلات تقنية أعمق أو إمكانيات منتج إضافية.
- تسليم المشاريع الموقّعة إلى فريق العمليات مع تفاصيل الحل ومتطلباته.
- بناء مواقع ويب وأدوات خفيفة باستخدام أساليب البرمجة المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي (AI-assisted) وأسلوب (vibe-coding).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال المنتج أو الهندسة أو تحليل الأعمال أو دور مشابه، ويفضّل في بيئة تقنية أو شركة ناشئة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، مع إجادة اللهجة السعودية.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات وأسلوب إبداعي في بناء الحلول.
- القدرة على تحمّل مسؤولية المشاريع من البداية إلى النهاية.
- الراحة في العمل المباشر مع العملاء وتقديم الحلول لهم.
المهارات المطلوبة
- اهتمام قوي بالذكاء الاصطناعي والتقنيات الناشئة.
- يفضّل وجود خبرة في: واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs)، التكاملات، أدوات no-code/low-code.
- يفضّل القدرة على بناء نماذج أولية أو مواقع ويب أو أدوات داخلية باستخدام البرمجة المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
- يفضّل خبرة سابقة في أدوار استشارية أو ما قبل البيع (pre-sales) أو أدوات تقنية موجهة للعملاء.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to understand client requirements and desired outcomes.
- Propose how Sarj AI can address client needs and translate requirements into practical, creative solutions.
- Design, build, and integrate tailored solutions using Sarj AI products and technologies.
- Prepare and deliver client demos, answering product, technical, and scope-related questions.
- Gather feedback and iterate on solutions based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering when deeper technical input or product capabilities are needed.
- Hand over signed projects to Operations with the relevant solution details and requirements.
- Build websites and lightweight tools using modern AI-assisted and vibe-coding approaches.
- 1+ year of experience in Product, Engineering, Business Analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a technology or startup environment.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, with fluency in the Saudi dialect.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to building solutions.
- Ability to take ownership of projects end to end.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting solutions.
