We are looking for an accomplished Architect & Hospitality Leader with strong Maldives experience for a senior leadership opportunity in Saudi Arabia.

We are specifically looking for a professional who brings:

• 15-17 years of overall professional experience

• Architecture background/qualification is mandatory

• Must have hands-on experience in Maldives

• Strong experience in hospitality, resorts and luxury developments

• Proven exposure to hospitality design, development and/or project execution

• Strong understanding of the unique requirements of Maldives hospitality projects

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills

• Arabic speaker

• Candidates currently based in KSA, including Indian professionals, are welcome to apply

• Open to all nationalities

🚫 Candidates whose experience is primarily in Government Projects will not be considered.

Position: Director - Hospitality

Location: Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦

Experience: 15-17 Years

Salary: Up to SAR 65,000/month

Employment: Regular / Permanent
