Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Artificial Intelligence Engineer role based in Riyadh. The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models and solutions that support data-driven decision making across client projects, including digital transformation and performance improvement initiatives. Daily tasks include building and training machine learning and neural network models, implementing pattern recognition and NLP algorithms, integrating AI components with existing software systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as data engineers, consultants, and cybersecurity specialists. The role also requires documenting technical work, optimizing model performance, ensuring scalability and reliability of AI solutions, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of Tamayouz’s AI and analytics offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including building, training, and evaluating machine learning and deep learning models.
• Practical skills in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, entity recognition, and language modeling.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps concepts.
• Bachelor’s or in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, communicate complex technical ideas clearly, and translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise environments in the Middle East is an advantage; knowledge of data governance, cybersecurity, or analytics is a plus.
• 2+ years of hands-on related experience.
