شركة معادن تعلن عن وظيفة أخصائي أول - مطحنة القضبان (Senior Specialist, Rod Mill) في منطقة القصيم (طريف، الأسياح)، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
ضمان تشغيل آمن وموثوق ومُحسَّن لدوائر مطحنة القضبان (Rod Mill)، مع التركيز على تحقيق حجم الطحن المطلوب والإنتاجية وكفاءة الأهداف. يقود الأخصائي أنشطة المراقبة، استكشاف الأعطال، التحكم في العمليات، والتحسين المستمر في منطقة الطحن لدعم الأداء العام لمحطة التركيز (Beneficiation Plant).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل مطحنة القضبان والتحكم فيها: مراقبة والتحكم في معلمات المطحنة (الحمل، استهلاك الطاقة، معدل التغذية، إضافة الماء، حجم التفريغ). المحافظة على ظروف تشغيل مستقرة لتحقيق حجم الطحن المستهدف وكثافة الملاط (slurry density). ضمان الاستخدام الأمثل لوسط الطحن (القضبان) والمساعدة في تخطيط شحن الوسط.
- تحسين العمليات: تحليل الاتجاهات من نظام DCS وبيانات المسجلات (historian) والقياسات الميدانية لتحسين الإنتاجية وكفاءة الطحن. التوصية بتعديلات على معايير التشغيل بناءً على خصائص الخام وظروف المحطة. تحديد الاختناقات واقتراح إجراءات تحسين لتعزيز قابلية الطحن وأداء الدائرة.
- دعم فحص المعدات وموثوقيتها: إجراء فحوصات ميدانية دورية للمطاحن، أنظمة التزييت، المضخات، الأعاصير (cyclones)، والمصنفات (classifiers). الإبلاغ عن الحالات غير الطبيعية، الاهتزازات، التسريبات، وأنماط التآكل. دعم فرق الصيانة في تخطيط فترات التوقف واستكشاف أعطال المعدات.
- المراقبة وإعداد التقارير: إعداد تقارير تشغيلية يومية وأسبوعية وشهرية. تتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) مثل استهلاك الطاقة، حجم الطحن، الحمل الدائر، واستهلاك القضبان. تقييم انحرافات أداء المعدات والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية.
- السلامة والبيئة والامتثال: ضمان امتثال جميع الأنشطة للوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) ومتطلبات تصريح العمل (PTW). المشاركة في تقييمات المخاطر، دراسات المخاطر والتشغيلية (HAZOP)، وتحقيقات الحوادث. تحديث إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs)، تعليمات العمل (WIs)، وتحليل السلامة الوظيفي (JSAs) المتعلقة بتشغيل مطحنة القضبان.

- التواصل مع الجهات المعنية: العمل عن كثب مع فرق الصيانة والعملية والإنتاج لضمان عمليات منسقة وفعالة. إبلاغ الإدارة بالقيود التشغيلية وفرص التحسين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في معالجة المعادن (Mineral Processing) أو علم المعادن (Metallurgy) أو الهندسة الكيميائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دوائر الطحن (مطحنة القضبان / مطحنة الكرات) ضمن محطة تركيز أو معالجة معادن.
- الكفاءات عالية الأداء لشركة معادن: التميز التشغيلي، التفكير التحليلي، الإتقان الفني، السلامة والامتثال، التحسين المستمر، إدارة التغيير، التعاون والقيادة.
المهارات المطلوبة

To ensure safe, reliable, and optimized operation of the Rod Mill circuits, focusing on achieving required grind size, throughput, and efficiency targets. The Rod Mill Specialist leads monitoring, troubleshooting, process control, and continuous improvement activities within the grinding area to support overall beneficiation plant performance.
