About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Riyadh - Saudi, for an Associate Sales Representative. The Associate Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers and understanding their needs
• Presenting our products and closing sales
• Handling sales inquiries and processing transactions
• Maintaining knowledge of our sustainable and eco-friendly product lines

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years Experience in Sales and Customer Service
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge or interest in Fashion and Sustainable Practices
• Ability to manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in using sales and point of sale (POS) systems
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and flexible with work hours
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
