Xebia hiring an exciting leadership opportunity for a CVM / Segmentation Head position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead the Customer Value Management (CVM) strategy across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and win-back initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving customer growth, value optimization, revenue enhancement, campaign effectiveness, and segmentation strategies while collaborating with senior business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in CVM, Growth Strategy, Retail Banking, or Customer Lifecycle Management
• Strong expertise in customer segmentation, pricing, commercial levers, and revenue optimization
• Proven experience managing CVM KPIs, customer engagement campaigns, and experimentation frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities
• Prior experience in Retail Banking / Financial Services preferred
