تسعى شركة Massar Business Solutions إلى توظيف مدير لإدارة الحوادث الكبرى (Major Incident Manager - Senior Manager) في الرياض، للإشراف على حوكمة وإدارة الحوادث الكبرى عبر عدة قطاعات وموردين، وضمان الاستجابة الفعالة والتعافي السريع لاستمرارية الخدمة، وإدارة ما بعد الحادثة لمعالجة المشكلات المتكررة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على حوكمة دورة حياة الحوادث الكبرى: التصنيف، تحديد الأولويات، والتنسيق للاستجابة عبر القطاعات والموردين.
  • تنسيق أنشطة الحل حتى الإغلاق، مع ضمان استعادة استمرارية الخدمة بسرعة.
  • قيادة إدارة المشكلات بعد الحادثة وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية للحوادث الكبرى المتكررة.

We are seeking a Major Incident Manager - Senior Manager to lead the governance and coordinated management of major incidents across multiple verticals and vendors. The role will ensure effective incident response, rapid restoration of service continuity, and robust post-incident management to identify and address recurring issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own governance of the incident lifecycle for major incidents: classification, prioritization and coordinated response across verticals and vendors.
  • Orchestrate resolution activities through to closure, ensuring service continuity is restored rapidly.
  • Lead post-incident problem management and root cause analysis for recurring major incidents.
