Role Description The Business Development Specialist will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding Elipse Studio’s presence in the creative technology market. On a day-to-day basis, this role will research potential clients, prepare and deliver presentations, support proposal development, and coordinate with creative and technical teams to align solutions with client needs. The Specialist will track market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, requiring close collaboration with the studio team and local partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in creative, technology, or digital agencies.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify strategic growth opportunities.
• Comfort working closely with creative and technical teams to translate client needs into feasible project proposals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on managing multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools).
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and familiarity with the Riyadh market.
