تعلن شركة Jamjoom Pharma عن توفر وظيفة Medical Science Liaison (MSL) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، وذلك للعمل كخبير علمي وارتباط رئيسي مع الأطباء والمختصين الصحيين.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقوم Medical Science Liaison بدور الخبير العلمي ونقطة الاتصال الرئيسية بين شركة Jamjoom والمختصين الصحيين، مع التركيز على بناء العلاقات وتبادل المعلومات العلمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- زيارة المختصين الرئيسيين (KOLs) وتقديم التقارير، مع تحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
- بناء والحفاظ على العلاقات مع المختصين الرئيسيين والمختصين الصحيين لتسهيل التبادل العلمي وجمع الرؤى حول استخدام المنتجات والممارسات السريرية.
- تقديم الدعم العلمي كمرجع للفرق الداخلية والجهات الخارجية، مع توفير معلومات مفصلة عن المنتجات والبيانات السريرية والمجالات العلاجية.
- إجراء العروض التقديمية والمشاركة في النقاشات في المؤتمرات الطبية والمجالس الاستشارية وغيرها من التجمعات المهنية لمشاركة المعرفة وجمع الملاحظات.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات (التسويق والمبيعات) لضمان التوافق على رسالة المنتج واستراتيجيته.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث الإرشادات والتجارب السريرية والتطورات في المجال العلاجي لتقديم معلومات دقيقة وحديثة.
- بصفته وظيفة ميدانية، يتحمل MSL مسؤولية تنفيذ الخطط التسويقية والأنشطة التسويقية بالتنسيق مع فريق المبيعات.
- تقديم التقارير إلى المشرفين على المبيعات في المنطقة المخصصة، والمشاركة في نمو المنطقة وتحقيق أهداف منتجات القلب والتمثيل الغذائي (cardiometabolic).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الصيدلة من مؤسسة معترف بها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في نفس المنصب، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال طب العيون (Ophthalmology).
- الشهادات الإضافية في المجالات العلاجية أو التجارية ذات الصلة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خلفية علمية قوية.
- خبرة مثبتة في السوق السعودي (شرط أساسي).
- إدارة المختصين الرئيسيين (KOLs) والقدرة على تفسير البيانات العلمية.
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كممثل طبي (Medical Representative).
- خبرة عمل في المملكة العربية السعودية مطلوبة.

A Medical Science Liaison (MSL) serves as a scientific expert and key point of contact between Jamjoom healthcare professionals, focusing on building relationships.
Responsibilities
- KOLs visits and reporting, sales target achievement
- Establish Relationships: build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to facilitate scientific exchange and gather insights on product usage and clinical practices.
- Provide Scientific Support: act as a scientific resource for internal teams and external stakeholders, offering detailed information about products, clinical data, and therapeutic areas.
- Conduct Presentations: deliver presentations and participate in discussions at medical conferences, advisory boards, and other professional gatherings to share knowledge and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and strategy.
- Stay Informed: keep up to date with the latest guidelines, clinical trials, and developments in the therapeutic area to provide accurate and relevant information.
- As field-based job: MSL takes the accountability of execution of marketing plans, marketing activities in alignment with sales team.
- MSL will report to Sales Supervisors in their assigned territory and participates in the overall territory growth and achievement of cardiometabolic products.
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience at the same position. preferred to be in Ophthalmology
- Additional certifications in relevant therapeutic or commercial fields are considered an advantage.
- Strong scientific background.
- Proven experience in the Saudi market is essential.
- KOL management and Engagement, ability to interpret scientific data.
- English, Arabic language
- Minimum 3 years as medical representative
- KSA work experience is required
