الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة.
- معرفة أساسية بالتوجيه (Routing) والتبديل (Switching) وبروتوكول TCP/IP وبروتوكولات الشبكة الشائعة.
- الإلمام بجدران الحماية (Firewalls) والشبكات الخاصة الافتراضية (VPNs) يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تحليلية وتواصل قوية مع القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني في بيئة متعددة التخصصات.
- الرغبة في التعلم والتكيف مع التقنيات الجديدة واتباع الإجراءات ومعايير التوثيق.
