في هيلتون (Hilton) السعودية، نبحث عن مسؤول علاقات حكومية عنقودي (Cluster Government Relations Officer) لإدارة وتنسيق جميع الشؤون الحكومية عبر فنادق متعددة ضمن المجموعة، والعمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية بين الفنادق والجهات الحكومية لضمان الامتثال الكامل لقوانين العمل والهجرة والتراخيص.

تخيّل أن تبدأ يومك بإشراق وجه أحدهم. كمسؤول علاقات حكومية عنقودي، ستتولى إدارة وتنسيق جميع الشؤون الحكومية عبر عدة فنادق داخل المجموعة. ستكون حلقة الوصل الأساسية بين الفنادق والجهات الحكومية، لضمان الامتثال الكامل لقوانين العمل، لوائح الهجرة، ومتطلبات الترخيص. دورك أساسي لدعم استمرارية العمليات، والحفاظ على الامتثال القانوني، وتقديم خدمات حكومية فعالة لأعضاء الفريق والإدارة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة أنشطة العلاقات الحكومية عبر عدة فنادق ضمن المجموعة.
- معالجة ومتابعة وثائق الموظفين، بما في ذلك تصاريح العمل، تصاريح الإقامة، النقل، التجديد، ومتطلبات الخروج والعودة.
- التنسيق مع الجهات والوكالات الحكومية لضمان إنجاز جميع المعاملات الرسمية في الوقت المحدد.
- ضمان الامتثال لقوانين العمل ولوائح الهجرة والمتطلبات الحكومية الأخرى.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للتراخيص والتصاريح ووثائق الموظفين والمراسلات الرسمية.
- مراقبة تواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية وإدارة تجديد التراخيص والتصاريح والسجلات الحكومية بشكل استباقي.
- دعم فرق الموارد البشرية والعمليات من خلال تقديم إرشادات حول الإجراءات المتعلقة بالشؤون الحكومية ومسائل الامتثال.
- إعداد التقارير والوثائق التي تطلبها الإدارة والجهات الحكومية.

Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Manage government relations activities across multiple hotel properties within the cluster.
- Process and monitor employee documentation, including work permits, residency permits, transfers, renewals, and exit/re-entry requirements.
- Coordinate with government authorities and relevant agencies to ensure timely completion of all official transactions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration regulations, and other governmental requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of licenses, permits, employee documentation, and official correspondence.
- Monitor expiration dates and proactively manage renewals for licenses, permits, and government registrations.
- Support HR and Operations teams by providing guidance on government-related and other procedures and compliance matters.
- Prepare reports and documentation required by management and government entities.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate any impacts or required actions to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks related to government relations and compliance initiatives.
