المهام والمسؤوليات

توفير القيادة والتوجيه والإرشاد لجميع العاملين في طابق الإنتاج.
التواصل بشأن توقعات العمل وأولويات الإنتاج ومعايير الأداء.
تدريب وتوجيه وتطوير الموظفين لتحسين الأداء والإنتاجية.
معالجة مشكلات الموظفين وحل النزاعات في مكان العمل بشكل احترافي.
تعزيز العمل الجماعي والحفاظ على بيئة عمل إيجابية.
عقد اجتماعات إنتاجية منتظمة مع طاقم الورشة.
تخطيط وتنسيق والإشراف على عمليات الورشة اليومية.
توزيع الأعمال وتخصيص الموارد لتعظيم الإنتاجية.
مراقبة جداول الإنتاج وضمان إنجاز العمل في الوقت المحدد.
الحفاظ على تدفق المواد بكفاءة في جميع أنحاء المنشأة.
ضمان تزويد محطات العمل بالمواد والأدوات بشكل كافٍ.
مراقبة إنتاجية الموظفين وكفاءة سير العمل.
الإشراف على أنشطة الشحن والاستلام المتعلقة بعمليات الورشة.
مراقبة الحضور وساعات العمل والاستراحات وجداول المناوبات.
ضمان مطابقة جميع المنتجات لمتطلبات الجودة الخاصة بالشركة والعملاء.
مراقبة عمليات الإنتاج للحفاظ على معايير الجودة.
دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتعزيز جودة المنتج.
ضمان الامتثال لجميع أنظمة وإجراءات إدارة الجودة المعمول بها.
التواصل مع العملاء لاستلام الأعمال.
ضمان صيانة الآلات والمعدات والأدوات في حالة عمل جيدة.
تنسيق أنشطة الصيانة لتقليل وقت التوقف.
مراقبة معايير النظافة والتنظيم في طابق الإنتاج والمستودع.
تحسين تخطيط الورشة وسير العمل لتعزيز الكفاءة والإنتاجية.
ضمان امتلاك الموظفين للمهارات والشهادات اللازمة لأداء واجباتهم بأمان وفعالية.
الحفاظ على سجلات إنتاج وتشغيل دقيقة.
دعم عمليات التدقيق والتفتيش التنظيمي.
أداء أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل الإدارة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها مطلوبة.
يفضل الحصول على دبلوم تقني أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو التصنيع أو الهندسة الصناعية أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 7-10 سنوات في ورشة الماكينات أو التصنيع.
خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في دور إشرافي أو إداري.
يفضل خبرة في ماكينات CNC، والتخريط (threading)، ومعدات حقول النفط، أو ترخيص بريميوم (Premium license).

المهارات المطلوبة

مهارات قيادية قوية وإدارة الأفراد.
مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة.
قدرات تنظيمية وتخطيطية قوية.
معرفة بعمليات التشغيل (machining) والعمليات التصنيعية وتخطيط الإنتاج.
خبرة في أنظمة إدارة الجودة ومعايير الفحص.
معرفة منهجيات التصنيع الرشيق (Lean Manufacturing) وSix Sigma والتحسين المستمر.
فهم قوي للوائح الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
القدرة على تحليل بيانات الإنتاج واتخاذ قرارات تشغيلية مستنيرة.
مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات.
إجادة استخدام الحاسوب في Microsoft Office وأنظمة ERP/MRP.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط مع إدارة أولويات متعددة.

Leadership & People Management

Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to all production floor personnel.
Communicate job expectations, production priorities, and performance standards.
Coach, mentor, and develop employees to improve performance and productivity.
Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.
Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
Conduct regular production meetings with shop personnel.

Production & Operations Management

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily machine shop operations.
Assign work and allocate resources to maximize productivity.
Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time completion of work.
Maintain efficient material flow throughout the facility.
Ensure workstations are adequately supplied with materials and tools.
Monitor employee productivity and workflow efficiency.
Oversee shipping and receiving activities related to shop operations.
Monitor attendance, work hours, breaks, and shift schedules.
Ensure all products meet company and customer quality requirements.
Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Ensure compliance with all applicable quality management systems and procedures.
Communicate to customers for the collection of Jobs
Ensure machinery, equipment, and tools are maintained in good working condition.
Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
Monitor housekeeping standards throughout the production floor and warehouse.
Optimize shop layout and workflow to improve efficiency and throughput.
Ensure employees possess the skills and certifications required to perform their duties safely and effectively.
Maintain accurate production and operational records.
Support audits and regulatory inspections.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of machining processes, manufacturing operations, and production planning.
Experience with quality management systems and inspection standards.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
Ability to analyze production data and make informed operational decisions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Technical Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred

Experience

Minimum 7-10 years of machine shop or manufacturing experience.
Minimum 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role.
Experience in CNC machining, threading, oilfield equipment, or Premium license experience is preferred.
