تسعى شركة Unison Group إلى تعيين مستشار تقني وظيفي متخصص في نظام FLEXCUBE للمشاركة في مشروع تحول بنكي في الرياض، على أن يمتلك خبرة عملية واسعة في الجوانب التقنية والوظيفية للمنصة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

تقديم خبرة تقنية وظيفية في نظام FLEXCUBE Core Banking.
فهم المتطلبات التجارية وترجمتها إلى حلول مناسبة داخل FLEXCUBE.
العمل على تهيئة FLEXCUBE، وتخصيصه، وتحسينه، وحل المشاكل التقنية.
تحليل المتطلبات الوظيفية وإعداد المواصفات التقنية والوظيفية.
دعم دمج FLEXCUBE مع التطبيقات المصرفية الداخلية والخارجية.
التنسيق مع الفرق الوظيفية والتقنية والاختبارية والتجارية خلال دورة المشروع.
التحقيق في مشكلات الإنتاج والعيوب والتحديات المتعلقة بالنظام وحلها.
دعم اختبارات تكامل النظام (SIT) واختبارات قبول المستخدم (UAT) والنشر وأنشطة ما بعد الإنتاج.
إجراء تحليل الأثر للتحسينات وطلبات التغيير.
المشاركة في النقاشات مع أصحاب المصلحة من جهة العميل النهائي.
ضمان توافق الحلول مع العمليات المصرفية والمعايير التقنية ومتطلبات المشروع.
تقديم التوجيه الفني والدعم لأعضاء الفريق الأقل خبرة عند الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال تقنية المعلومات، ويفضل أن تكون في الخدمات المصرفية أو المالية.
خبرة عملية قوية في نظام FLEXCUBE.
خبرة مثبتة كمستشار تقني وظيفي في FLEXCUBE.
فهم جيد لوحدات FLEXCUBE Core / Core++.
فهم متوازن للعمليات الوظيفية والبنية التقنية لنظام FLEXCUBE.
خبرة في تخصيص FLEXCUBE وتهيئته وحل مشاكله وتحسينه.
فهم قوي لمفاهيم الخدمات المصرفية الأساسية والعمليات المصرفية.
خبرة في العمل مع المستخدمين التجاريين والفرق التقنية وأصحاب المصلحة المتعددين.
مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات جيدة.
مهارات قوية في التواصل والتوثيق.

We are looking for an experienced FLEXCUBE Techno-Functional Consultant to join a banking transformation project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with FLEXCUBE, with the ability to work across both technical and functional aspects of the platform.

The consultant will work closely with the end client, business stakeholders, and technical teams to support FLEXCUBE implementation, enhancement, integration, troubleshooting, and production-related activities.

Requirements

Provide techno-functional expertise on FLEXCUBE Core Banking
Understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate FLEXCUBE solutions
Work on FLEXCUBE configuration, customization, enhancements, and technical troubleshooting
Analyse functional requirements and prepare technical/functional specifications
Support integration of FLEXCUBE with internal and external banking applications
Coordinate with functional, technical, testing, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle
Investigate and resolve production issues, defects, and system-related challenges
Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities
Perform impact analysis for enhancements and change requests
Participate in discussions with the end client's stakeholders
Ensure solutions align with banking processes, technical standards, and project requirements
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members where required

Benefits

10+ years of overall IT experience, preferably within banking/financial services
Strong hands-on experience with FLEXCUBE
Proven experience as a FLEXCUBE Techno-Functional Consultant
Strong understanding of FLEXCUBE Core / Core++ modules
Good understanding of both FLEXCUBE functional processes and technical architecture
Experience in FLEXCUBE customization, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements
Strong understanding of core banking concepts and banking processes
Experience working with business users, technical teams, and multiple stakeholders
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and documentation skills
