تعلن شركة Medica Group، الشريك الموثوق في حلول تقنيات الطب التجميلي، عن توفر وظيفة مهندس خدمات تقنية المعلومات (IT Service Engineer) في الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيتولى مهندس الخدمات مسؤولية تركيب وتكوين ودمج أنظمة التصوير السني وحلول طب الأسنان الرقمي، مع ضمان الاتصال السلس بين أجهزة طب الأسنان والبرمجيات والخوادم وأنظمة تقنية المعلومات الصحية. يركز الدور على الشبكات، DICOM، PACS، تكامل الأنظمة، استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، ودعم العملاء، بالإضافة إلى التنسيق مع فرق تقنية المعلومات في المستشفيات والعيادات لضمان التنفيذ الفعال والأداء الأمثل للنظام. كما سيقدم المهندس الدعم الفني الميداني والتوجيه للعملاء، ويعمل عن كثب مع المستشفيات والعيادات وأقسام تقنية المعلومات لتنفيذ الحلول وحل المشكلات الفنية وضمان نجاح نشر النظام ورضا العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تركيب وتكوين وصيانة برمجيات وأنظمة التصوير السني والحلول ذات الصلة.
- إجراء تكامل DICOM و PACS بين أجهزة التصوير السني وأنظمة المعلومات الصحية.
- تكوين الشبكات التي تربط أجهزة طب الأسنان والخوادم ومحطات العمل وأنظمة المستشفيات وحل مشكلاتها.
- دمج ودعم أنظمة التصوير CBCT والبانورامي وداخل الفم مع برمجيات طب الأسنان ومنصات طب الأسنان الرقمي.
- استكشاف مشكلات الاتصال والشبكات والبرمجيات والأجهزة وتكامل الأنظمة وحلها.
- التنسيق مع أقسام تقنية المعلومات في المستشفيات والعيادات لضمان التنفيذ والتكامل الناجحين للنظام.
- تقديم الدعم الفني أثناء مراحل التركيب والتنفيذ والتشغيل وما بعد التركيب.
- دعم حلول طب الأسنان الرقمي والتصوير السني عبر مواقع العملاء.
- تقديم تدريب للمستخدمين وإرشادات فنية وتوثيق أساسي للنظام.
- تشخيص المشكلات الفنية وحلها بكفاءة مع تقليل وقت تعطل النظام.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية والعملاء ومقدمي التكنولوجيا الخارجيين لحل المشكلات الفنية المعقدة.
- ضمان تكوين الأنظمة وتكاملها بشكل صحيح وفقاً للمتطلبات الفنية ومتطلبات العملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات أو هندسة الحاسوب أو علوم الحاسوب أو مجال ذي صلة.
- معرفة قوية بالشبكات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
- فهم جيد لـ DICOM و PACS وقوائم العمل وسير عمل التصوير الطبي.
- معرفة ببرمجيات طب الأسنان وحلول طب الأسنان الرقمي.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية ومهارات حل المشكلات والتواصل.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في هندسة تقنية المعلومات أو تكامل الأنظمة أو دور تقني ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية مع DICOM و PACS وقواعد بيانات SQL وبيئات التصوير الطبي.
- خبرة في دمج أنظمة التصوير CBCT والبانورامي وداخل الفم مع برمجيات طب الأسنان.
- خبرة في البنية التحتية للشبكات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتكامل البرمجيات / الأنظمة.
- خبرة العمل مع مرافق الرعاية الصحية أو المستشفيات أو العيادات أو أقسام تقنية المعلومات الصحية تعتبر ميزة.
- معرفة HL7 مفضلة بشدة.

The role will focus on networking, DICOM, PACS, system integration, troubleshooting, and customer support, while coordinating with hospital and clinic IT teams to ensure effective implementation and optimal system performance.
The Service Engineer will also provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers, working closely with hospitals, clinics, and IT departments to implement solutions, resolve technical issues, and ensure successful system deployment and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain dental imaging software, systems, and related solutions.
- Perform DICOM and PACS integration between dental imaging equipment and healthcare information systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot networks connecting dental equipment, servers, workstations, and hospital systems.
- Integrate and support CBCT, panoramic, and intraoral imaging systems with dental software and digital dentistry platforms.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, networking, software, hardware, and system integration issues.
- Coordinate with hospital and clinic IT departments to ensure successful system implementation and integration.
- Provide technical support during installation, implementation, commissioning, and post-installation phases.
- Support digital dentistry and dental imaging solutions across customer sites.
- Provide user training, technical guidance, and basic system documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while minimizing system downtime.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and third-party technology providers to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure systems are properly configured and integrated according to technical and customer requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of networking, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of DICOM, PACS, Worklist, and medical imaging workflows.
- Knowledge of dental software and digital dentistry solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in IT engineering, system integration, or a related technical role.
- Hands-on experience with DICOM, PACS, SQL databases, and medical imaging environments.
- Experience integrating CBCT, panoramic, and intraoral imaging systems with dental software.
- Experience with network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and software/system integration.
- Experience working with healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, or healthcare IT departments is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HL7 is highly preferred.
