نبذة عن الوظيفة
- يتولى مدير السبا المسؤولية الشاملة عن الأداء الاستراتيجي والتشغيلي والمالي لقسم السبا في شنغريلا جدة، ويقود تطوير وتقديم تجربة عافية فاخرة استثنائية تتوافق مع معايير العلامة التجارية، مع ضمان رضا النزلاء والتميز التجاري.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة العمليات اليومية للسبا مع التركيز على الجودة والكفاءة والسلامة.
- تحقيق أهداف الإيرادات والربحية والميزانية للسبا.
- تطوير استراتيجيات لزيادة إيرادات العلاج والعضويات وبرامج العافية والمبيعات بالتجزئة.
- تحديد فرص الأعمال الجديدة واتجاهات السوق لتعزيز مكانة السبا.
- ضمان حصول كل نزيل على خدمة شخصية وفاخرة طوال رحلة السبا.
- الحفاظ على مستويات عالية من رضا النزلاء ومعايير الخدمة.
- تنفيذ التحسينات بناءً على ملاحظات النزلاء وتوقعات السوق.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو مؤهل معادل في إدارة السبا، إدارة الضيافة، العافية، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7-10 سنوات في إدارة السبا الفاخرة، مع خبرة مثبتة في دور قيادي عليا.
- إتقان عالٍ للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
- الاستعداد للعمل لساعات إضافية.

- فهم قوي لعمليات السبا، اتجاهات العافية، تطوير العلاجات، وإدارة التجزئة.

- Develop leadership capabilities within the spa team.
- Represent the spa professionally within the luxury hospitality and wellness community.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Spa Management, Hospitality Management, Wellness, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in luxury spa management, with proven experience in a senior leadership role.
- Has high proficiency in both written and verbal English.
- Strong understanding of spa operations, wellness trends, treatment development, and retail management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on extended duty hours.
