Accountabilities:

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close IT projects across software, infrastructure, and systems implementations.

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, infrastructure, and security teams

• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues; implement mitigation plans

• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as applicable

• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations

• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives (for Agile teams)

• Ensure quality assurance, testing, and change management processes are followed

• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and escalations to direct Programs and Projects Manager

• Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support readiness

• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and infrastructure

• Experience managing Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall projects

• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills

• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (ITSM, ITIL, MS Project, Azure DevOps, ERP)

• Ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously

• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows

• Ability to perform data analysis and define business rules

• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

• Ability to align business strategy with IT solutions

• Familiarity with process modeling tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• 3-8 years of experience managing IT projects

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, CBAP certification preferred

• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
