نبذة عن الوظيفة
ستشرف على إدارة الورديات في أحد مراكز التلبية (First Mile)، أو مراكز الفرز (Middle Mile)، أو محطات التوصيل (Last Mile). يلعب مشرفو العمليات دورًا محوريًا في إدارة سير العمل على الأرض، ويساهمون في إيصال طلبات العملاء في كل مرحلة من مراحل السلسلة اللوجستية. هذه وظيفة متنوعة ومليئة بالتحديات، حيث يختلف كل يوم عن سابقه.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- خلق بيئة عمل آمنة وتعزيزها من خلال تحديد فرص السلامة في منطقة عملك.
- إدارة وتدريب الموظفين للمساعدة في تقديم أفضل خدمة للعملاء.
- ضمان تنفيذ طلبات العملاء وفقًا لمعايير الجودة والسلامة.
- تقديم المعلومات الحرجة المتعلقة بالوردية باستمرار للإدارة المباشرة والمشغلين.
- تعديل توزيع القوى العاملة خلال الورديات لتحقيق الخطط والتوقعات وتجاوزها.
- التواصل مع وظائف الدعم أو الأقسام الأخرى لمعالجة القضايا أو الاحتياجات المشتركة في مجالات الأداء الرئيسية مثل: جاهزية منطقة العمل، 5S، السلامة، والتدريب.
- المساعدة في حل تحديات سلاسل الإمداد والخدمات اللوجستية من خلال تحليل البيانات والابتكار وتحسين العمليات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سنة واحدة أو أكثر في استخدام Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو ما يعادلها.
- القدرة على العمل وفق جدول/وردية/منطقة مرنة، تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع، الليالي، و/أو الإجازات الرسمية.
- القدرة على رفع أوزان تصل إلى 49 رطلاً، والوقوف/المشي خلال ورديات قد تصل إلى 12 ساعة، والقدرة على الدفع، السحب، القرفصاء، الانحناء، والوصول بشكل متكرر.
- العمل 40 ساعة/أسبوعياً، بالإضافة إلى ساعات إضافية حسب الحاجة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- يفضل خبرة 3 سنوات أو أكثر في استخدام منتجات وتطبيقات Microsoft Office.

- Create and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across your work area
- Manage and train our Associates to help deliver the best service for our customers
- Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines
- Continuously provide critical shift related information to frontline management and operators
- Adjust labor allocation throughout your shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts
- Engage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness, 5S, safety, training
- Help to solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation and process optimization
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- 3+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
