Job Opportunity - Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with strong experience in marketing and customer engagement, preferably with a background in dental clinic or healthcare facility marketing.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.

* At least 2 years of experience in marketing within dental clinics or a similar healthcare field.

* Saudi national.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise the workflow of the Marketing Department and ensure a professional brand experience.

* Monitor marketing campaign performance and ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures.

* Coordinate with dentists and nursing staff to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with clinic operations.

* Support the Branch Manager in planning and executing marketing strategies to achieve branch objectives.

* Ensure marketing content and campaigns comply with quality standards and patient privacy regulations.

* Contribute to resolving daily marketing and promotional issues and provide recommendations to management.

* Promote a positive brand image and motivate the team to achieve optimal marketing performance.

* Monitor social media presence, patient engagement, and adherence to brand guidelines.
