Role Description The Clinical Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves providing clinical support for MedTech Corp medical equipment, including product demonstrations, in-service training, and assistance during clinical procedures where devices are used. The Clinical Specialist will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper device usage, troubleshoot clinical and product-related issues, and collect user feedback to inform product improvements. Daily tasks include planning and delivering training sessions, supporting clinical evaluations, documenting field observations, and contributing to research or data collection activities related to product performance. The role also requires close coordination with sales, technical, and customer support teams to maintain high standards of patient safety and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and professional interaction with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Clinical and medical knowledge, with skills in Medicine and practical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Training and education skills, including the ability to design and deliver structured training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Research and Clinical Research skills, such as data collection, protocol adherence, and accurate documentation of clinical outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field.
• Experience working with medical devices or equipment in a clinical environment is highly beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage schedules in a clinical environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
