- Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment and handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience in airline, airport, hospitality, or travel services is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in tourism, hospitality, or aviation is beneficial.
