Position Summary

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for leading the office’s growth, operational execution, market expansion, and business performance. The role requires a commercially aware and execution-focused leader with strong understanding of the environmental consulting market, government projects, private-sector opportunities, and strategic partnerships.

The CEO will be accountable for achieving specific operational, financial, and business development targets approved by the founders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Market Expansion

• Develop and execute growth strategies for the office.
• Expand the office presence within government, industrial, infrastructure, and environmental sectors.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Increase revenue streams and diversify services.

2. Operational Leadership

• Lead the day-to-day execution of office operations.
• Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, professionally, and within timelines.
• Build operational systems, reporting structures, and accountability mechanisms.
• Improve internal efficiency and project management performance.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build relationships with key clients, regulators, contractors, and strategic partners.
• Represent the office in high-level meetings and negotiations.
• Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention.

4. Team Development

• Build and manage a high-performance team.
• Define clear responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Monitor employee productivity and project execution quality.

5. Financial & Performance Management

• Achieve approved annual revenue and profitability targets.
• Monitor operational costs and financial performance.
• Prepare periodic executive performance reports for the founders.

The CEO will be evaluated based on measurable targets, including but not limited to:

• Annual revenue growth
• Number of new projects secured
• Expansion of strategic clients
• Proposal win rate
• Project delivery performance
• Operational efficiency improvement

• Client satisfaction
• Business development pipeline growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of leadership or business management experience.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market, environmental sector, and government/private procurement environment.
• Proven experience in business development and operational management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and execution capabilities.

Preferred Background

Experience in one or more of the following:

• Environmental consulting offices
• Engineering consulting
• ESG & sustainability services
• Government projects
• Infrastructure or industrial sectors
