المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم أنشطة التوظيف الجديدة، بما في ذلك جمع المستندات والتوجيه.
- الحفاظ على ملفات الموظفين وتحديثها (رقمية وورقية).
- ضمان امتثال وثائق الموارد البشرية لسياسات الشركة وأنظمة العمل.
- دعم إعداد عقود العمل والخطابات الرسمية.
- التنسيق مع قسم الرواتب لتحديث بيانات الموظفين.
- دعم إعداد التقارير وإدخال البيانات في أنظمة الموارد البشرية.
- المساعدة في تنظيم أنشطة وفعاليات مشاركة الموظفين.
- الرد على استفسارات الموظفين الأساسية حول سياسات وإجراءات الموارد البشرية.
- ضمان الامتثال لقانون العمل السعودي وسياسات الشركة.
- المساعدة في توثيق سياسات وإجراءات الموارد البشرية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 0 إلى 1 سنة في الموارد البشرية أو الأدوار الإدارية (يفضّل خبرة التدريب).
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية وإدارة الوقت.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- معرفة أساسية بـ Microsoft Office (Excel، Word، PowerPoint).
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على التعامل مع المعلومات السرية.
- الرغبة في التعلم والنمو في مجال الموارد البشرية.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to start a career in Human Resources. The successful candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to maintaining a positive and compliant workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding activities, including document collection and orientation
- Maintain and update employee files (digital and physical)
- Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and labor regulations
- Support preparation of employment contracts and official letters
- Coordinate with payroll for employee data updates
- Support HR reporting and data entry in HR systems
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events
- Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to Saudi labor law and company policies
- Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles (internship experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field
