Role: Operations Runner

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Contract: 6-Sep-26 to 5-Nov-26

Role Summary

Support day-to-day event operations by coordinating logistics, deliveries, errands, and on-ground requests to ensure smooth event execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle operational errands and urgent requests.
• Coordinate movement of materials, equipment, and documents.
• Support event teams with on-site logistics and setup activities.
• Assist with staff, vendor, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in events, hospitality, logistics, or operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work extended hours when required.
• With KSA driving license is a plus
