DWP IT Arabia is a Riyadh-based enterprise technology firm and Odoo Silver Partner, delivering ERP transformation for clients across the Kingdom. We are the KSA arm of DWP Group, an industrial conglomerate with 4,500+ employees and deep manufacturing, distribution, and services expertise.

We are growing fast and looking for an Odoo Technofunctional Consultant who can own client engagements end-to-end: from discovery and demos through implementation, go-live, and beyond.

The Role

You will be the bridge between our clients' business needs and Odoo's capabilities. This is a client-facing, hands-on role - you will run workshops, configure and customise Odoo, lead demos for prospects, and manage implementation projects to successful go-live. You must be equally comfortable in a boardroom explaining a process redesign in Arabic and in a technical session scoping customisations with our development team.

Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Delivery

• Lead full-cycle Odoo implementations: requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, UAT, training, data migration, and go-live support
• Configure Odoo core modules (Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, Projects) to fit client business processes
• Translate functional requirements into clear technical specifications for the development team, and validate delivered customisations against them
• Ensure implementations comply with KSA regulatory requirements, including ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoora), VAT, and local payroll/GOSI rules

Pre-Sales & Demos

• Prepare and deliver tailored Odoo product demonstrations to prospective clients in both Arabic and English
• Support the sales team in scoping, solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development
• Build demo environments and industry-specific demo scenarios

Project Management

• Own project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent engagements
• Run steering meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and report project status to client leadership and internal management
• Manage scope, flag risks early, and drive change requests through a structured process
• Coordinate between the client, on-site consultants, and offshore delivery teams

Client Success

• Train end users and super users; produce user documentation
• Provide post-go-live hypercare and handover to support
• Build long-term trusted-advisor relationships with client stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Currently based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable iqama (or Saudi national) - this is non-negotiable; overseas applicants will not be considered
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) - you will run workshops and demos in both languages
• Odoo Certification (current version certification strongly preferred; v16+ accepted)
• 3+ years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations delivered to go-live
• Proven demo/pre-sales experience - you have personally delivered product demonstrations to C-level and business stakeholders
• Project management experience - you have owned project plans, budgets/timelines, and client communications (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification a plus)
• Strong functional command of at least 4 Odoo core modules (e.g., Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, HR)
• Technical proficiency: ability to read Python, understand Odoo's data model (models, views, ORM), write domain filters, and scope customisations - you don't need to be a full-time developer, but you must speak the language
• Solid understanding of KSA business and regulatory environment (ZATCA e-invoicing, VAT, GOSI)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with Odoo.sh and on-premise deployments
• SQL and reporting skills (Odoo Studio, custom reports, dashboards)
• Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or contracting
• Prior experience at an Odoo partner
• Experience migrating clients from legacy systems (SAP B1, Tally, QuickBooks, Dynamics, custom ERPs)
• Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites within KSA
