Role Description The Project Manager at Euphoria Key Solution is a full-time, on-site role based in the Makkah Region. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing hospitality development and service projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines. Day-to-day tasks include leading project teams, managing schedules and resources, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners, and monitoring progress to address risks and issues proactively. The Project Manager will prepare status reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role also involves collaborating closely with logistics, expediting, and inspection functions to secure timely delivery of materials and services and to uphold quality expectations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to oversee procurement follow-up, monitor supplier performance, and ensure on-time delivery of project materials.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify that project work and materials meet quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, warehousing, and on-site delivery, optimizing timelines and costs.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, construction, or infrastructure projects in the Makkah Region or broader Saudi market is beneficial.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in managing cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills and familiarity with local regulations and cultural practices are beneficial.
