نبذة عن الوظيفة
قيادة توفير وتنفيذ وتكامل وإدارة دورة حياة منصات البنية التحتية لأنظمة الاتصالات والملاحة والمراقبة (CNS) في المؤسسة، مع ضمان بيئة آمنة ومرنة وعالية التوافر تدعم أنظمة CNS لعمليات ملاحة جوية آمنة. كما تشمل المسؤولية ضمان تقديم وإدارة حلول البنية التحتية لـ CNS بما يتوافق مع معايير الهندسة المعتمدة ومتطلبات الأمن السيبراني والمتطلبات التنظيمية ذات الصلة، ضمن مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المحددة والميزانيات المتفق عليها والسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة توفير وتنفيذ وتكامل منصات البنية التحتية لأنظمة CNS.
- إدارة دورة حياة البنية التحتية لضمان استمرارية الخدمة وموثوقيتها.
- ضمان أمن ومرونة وارتفاع توافر البيئة لدعم عمليات الملاحة الجوية.
- التأكد من امتثال حلول CNS لمعايير الهندسة المعمارية المعتمدة ومتطلبات الأمن السيبراني.
- مراقبة الأداء وتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية ضمن الميزانية المقررة.

Role Purpose
To lead the provision, implementation, integration, and lifecycle management of the organization's CNS infrastructure platforms, ensuring a secure, resilient, and high-availability environment that supports CNS systems for safe air navigation operations. Ensure CNS infrastructure solutions are delivered and managed in compliance with approved architecture standards, cybersecurity requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements within the set KPIs, agreed budgets, and adopted policies and procedures.
