Job Summary

We are seeking a QC & Product Development Technician to support quality control testing, laboratory operations, and product development activities in KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing raw materials and finished products, maintaining laboratory equipment, assisting in product development projects, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Assist in research and product development projects, including test method development and validation.
• Prepare reagents and laboratory solutions for testing activities.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Analyze test results and support process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, laboratory procedures, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Production and Warehouse teams regarding product quality and storage conditions.
• Maintain accurate records and enter test results and technical data into the LEAN ERP system.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to monitor processes, enforce standards, and support continuous improvement.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret test results, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Relevant academic background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Experience (1-2) in industrial manufacturing, polymers, or chemical industries is an advantage.
