هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل وحضورية في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون الفني مسؤولاً عن تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح آلات التغليف والمعدات ذات الصلة، مع ضمان الأداء الأمثل وتقليل وقت التوقف. تشمل المهام اليومية تشخيص المشكلات الفنية، وإجراء الصيانة الوقائية المخطط لها، وحل المشكلات في الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأنظمة التحكم. تتضمن الوظيفة زيارات ميدانية لمواقع العملاء، وتقديم الدعم الفني الميداني، وتوثيق أنشطة الخدمة وفقاً لمعايير الشركة. سيعمل الفني عن كثب مع العملاء لشرح الأعمال المنجزة وتقديم إرشادات تشغيلية، والتنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان توفر القطع والمواد في الوقت المناسب.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح آلات التغليف والمعدات المرتبطة بها.
- تشخيص المشكلات الفنية وإجراء الصيانة الوقائية الدورية.
- إجراء تحليل وحل متقدم للمشكلات في الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأنظمة التحكم.
- زيارة مواقع العملاء وتقديم الدعم الفني الميداني.
- توثيق أنشطة الخدمة وفقاً لمعايير الشركة.
- شرح الأعمال المنجزة للعملاء وتقديم إرشادات تشغيلية.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان توفر القطع والمواد المطلوبة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات قوية في الصيانة والإصلاح للآلات الصناعية أو آلات التغليف.
- مهارات تحليل وحل المشكلات الفنية (Troubleshooting) بما في ذلك تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأنظمة التحكم.
- خبرة عملية في الخدمة الميدانية، تشمل الزيارات الميدانية وتشغيل المعدات.
- مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء مع القدرة على التواصل بوضوح وبناء الثقة.
- دبلوم أو شهادة جامعية في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الميكاترونكس أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل خبرة في التعامل مع آلات التغليف الأوتوماتيكية أو الآلات الصناعية المماثلة.
- القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الفنية وكتيبات الخدمة واستخدام أدوات التشخيص وأجهزة الاختبار.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات، الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، والقدرة على العمل بأمان في البيئات الصناعية.
- الاستعداد للسفر محلياً لزيارة مواقع العملاء في الرياض والمناطق المحيطة حسب الحاجة.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Service Technician will install, maintain, and repair packaging machines and related equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, performing scheduled preventive maintenance, and conducting detailed troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, or control systems. The role involves visiting customer sites, providing field service support, and documenting service activities in line with company standards. The Service Technician will also work closely with customers to explain work performed, offer operational guidance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills for industrial or packaging machinery.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills, including diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
- Candidates should possess practical Field Service experience, including on-site visits and equipment commissioning.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build trust with clients.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working with automated packaging equipment or similar industrial machinery is highly beneficial.
- Ability to read technical drawings, service manuals, and use diagnostic tools and testing instruments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work safely in industrial environments.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer site visits within Riyadh and surrounding areas, as required.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
