تعلن شركة ABB (إيه بي بي) عن فرصة وظيفية لشغل منصب مدير إقليمي للتسويق والاتصالات – منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا (موقع مرن) في الخبر، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتنفيذ استراتيجية التسويق والاتصالات الإقليمية، مع ضمان التوافق مع أولويات الأعمال ومعايير العلامة التجارية لـ ABB.
- إدارة الميزانية والتكاليف والموردين للحفاظ على الامتثال والجودة، وإعداد تقارير أداء ورؤى السوق لدعم اتخاذ القرارات.
- تقديم إطلاقات منتجات فعالة، وحملات تسويقية، وفعاليات، وأنشطة إعلامية، وبرامج توليد عملاء محتملين برسائل متسقة واستراتيجية قنوات مناسبة لتعزيز حضور ABB في المنطقة.
- تخصيص وتكييف المحتوى العالمي والرسائل بما يتناسب مع السياق الإقليمي وملاءمة القنوات، ودعم نمو الأعمال المحلية من خلال مبادرات إشراك العملاء.
- بناء منصات اتصال إقليمية لتعزيز التعاون بين الدول، وتقديم المشورة لفرق القيادة المحلية والإقليمية حول العلامة التجارية والعلاقات العامة والحضور الرقمي والاتصالات الداخلية.
- التنسيق والتعاون مع الفرق المشتركة بين الأقسام لضمان نهج متماسك وموحد تجاه الجمهور المستهدف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال التسويق مع تطور وظيفي واضح في مؤسسات ذات مصفوفة تنظيمية معقدة.
- خبرة قوية في إدارة العلامات التجارية، وتوليد الطلب، والقنوات الرقمية، والعلاقات العامة، مع كفاءة مثبتة في التسويق والاتصالات التقنية B2B/الصناعية.
- يفضل بشدة وجود awareness بسوق منطقة الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا.
- مهارات قيادية قوية مع خبرة في إدارة فرق متعددة الثقافات ومتعددة الدول.
- إلمام بأدوات التسويق الرقمي ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- قدرة على التنفيذ العملي مع عقلية استراتيجية.
- روح المبادرة والعمل الاستباقي، والرغبة في طرح أفكار جديدة وتحدي الوضع الراهن.
- القدرة على الموازنة بين الأنشطة التشغيلية على مستوى الدولة والتنسيق الإقليمي وإدارة الفريق.
- مهارات تواصل قوية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة، مع القدرة على العمل مع القادة المحليين والعالميين.
- القدرة على التفاوض بفعالية مع الموردين والشركاء لتحقيق اتفاقيات فعالة من حيث التكلفة مع الحفاظ على الجودة ومستوى الخدمة.
- مهارات تحليلية لقياس الأداء وتحسين الأنشطة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية إلزامي، واللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

This role serves as the strategic partner to the regional sales organization while ensuring alignment with global marketing & communications strategies and divisional objectives.

Your Role And Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:
Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute the regional marketing and communications strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and ABB brand standards
- Manage budget, cost, and suppliers to maintain compliance and quality. Report performance metrics and market insights to support decision making
- Deliver impactful product launches, campaigns, events, media activities and lead generation programs with consistent messaging and appropriate channel strategy, to strengthen ABB’s presence across the region
- Tailor and localize global content and messaging based on regional relevance and channel fit. Support local business growth by leading customer engagement initiatives
- Build regional communication platforms to foster collaboration across countries. Advise local and regional leadership teams on brand, PR, digital presence and internal communications.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-divisional teams to ensure a coherent, unified approach towards target audiences
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of Marketing, with demonstrated career progression in complex matrix organizations.
- Solid experience in brand management, demand generation, digital channels and media relations. Proven expertise in technical B2B/industrial marketing and communications.
- Market awareness in the Middle East & Africa region is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing multicultural, multi-country teams.
- Savvy with digital marketing tools and social media.
- Hands-on execution ability combined with a strategic mindset.
- Roll-up-the-sleeves attitude, self-starter and proactive work-style, willingness to bring new ideas and challenge the status quo.
- Ability to balance operational country-level activities with regional coordination and team management.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, capable of working with both local and global leaders.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and partners to achieve cost-efficient agreements while safeguarding quality and service level.
- Analytical skills to measure performance and optimize activities.
- Fluent in English is mandatory, Arabic is an advantage.
