Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver theoretical and practical training across various engineering and technical disciplines.
• Develop training materials, lesson plans, presentations, and practical exercises.
• Provide hands-on training on engineering drawings, drafting techniques, and technical applications.
• Demonstrate the use of relevant engineering software, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct practical and theoretical assessments to evaluate trainees’ technical skills.
• Monitor trainees’ performance and provide technical guidance and constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare progress and performance reports.
• Ensure training delivery aligns with required technical standards and industry practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in Engineering Training.
• Experience in multiple technical fields, such as:
• Civil Engineering Drafting
• Map and Plan Drafting
• Digital Mapping
• Electrical Drafting
• Mechanical Drafting
• Architectural Drafting
• Road and Structural Drafting
• HVAC and Plumbing Drafting
• Technical Specifications Drafting
• Digital Cartography and Map Printing
• Architectural Models (Maquettes)
• Experience with relevant engineering drafting and design software.
• Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
