Role Description The Flight Support & Ticketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jiddah, responsible for managing flight reservations, issuing and modifying tickets, and supporting passengers throughout their booking journey. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries at the counter and via phone or email, processing ticket sales, confirming seat availability, and ensuring accurate fare and tax calculations. The specialist coordinates with airline systems to manage bookings, changes, cancellations, and special service requests, while maintaining up-to-date records and adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves resolving customer concerns, providing clear travel information, and working closely with colleagues to support smooth daily operations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to interact professionally and clearly with diverse travelers.
• Candidates should possess sales-related skills, including Ticket Sales and Sales, with a focus on meeting performance targets and maximizing revenue ethically.
• Candidates should possess reservations and booking skills, including experience with Reservations systems and basic knowledge of airline or travel booking platforms.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience in airline, travel agency, or hospitality operations is beneficial.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and comfort working with digital booking tools and payment systems is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certification in travel, tourism, or aviation is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as operational needs require.
