Role Description The Research Assistant role at Muntajar is a full-time, on-site or remote position. The Research Assistant will support data-driven decision-making by collecting, organizing, and analyzing information related to global job markets, education pathways, and migration trends. Day-to-day tasks include conducting qualitative and quantitative research, maintaining databases, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with the design and evaluation of research studies that inform platform features and services. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable insights for product development, user support, and strategic planning. The Research Assistant will also help ensure data integrity, follow ethical research practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of Muntajar’s tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret complex information and generate clear, actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess solid Research experience, including literature review, study design, and data collection using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings, prepare reports, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Beneficial qualifications include familiarity with statistical software or spreadsheet tools, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Should have interest in immigration process and rules and regulations
• Experience working with international education or labor markets, and an interest in global mobility or migration-tech, will be considered an asset.
