شركة Hill International, Inc. تبحث عن منسق تدريب (Training Coordinator) للعمل في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية، لدعم تطوير وتقديم برامج التدريب الفني في جميع أنحاء المنظمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقييم كفاءة الموظفين الحاليين وإدارة تقييمات الأداء.
- تحليل وتحديد احتياجات التدريب الفني في الشركة وتصميم برنامج تدريبي متكامل.
- التواصل مع الموظفين ومناقشة المشكلات الفنية التي يواجهونها.
- تطوير المواد التدريبية بما في ذلك المخططات والنشرات والتمارين الأخرى.
- التنسيق مع الخبراء في المجال لإجراء التدريب الصفي وورش العمل.
- جدولة الدورات التدريبية عبر منصات التعلم الإلكتروني.
- ضمان حصول جميع الموظفين الجدد على التدريب اللازم.
- تقييم أداء الموظفين لتحديد أثر التدريب بعد انتهاء كل دورة.
- جمع الملاحظات من المدربين والمتدربين وتقديم التوصيات اللازمة لتحسين البرامج التدريبية.
- التعاون مع الموردين المتعاقد معهم للبرامج التدريبية المتخصصة.
- الإلمام بسياسات الجودة والبيئة والسلامة والصحة المهنية المعمول بها في Hill International وضمان الامتثال المستمر لها.
- أداء المهام الأخرى التي يكلف بها المشرف المباشر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة من جامعة معتمدة، بالإضافة إلى شهادة متقدمة في إدارة المشاريع.
- خبرة عمل إجمالية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المجال ذي الصلة.
- معرفة بالعمليات والإجراءات الإدارية المهنية.
- يفضل إجادة اللغة العربية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة وقدرة مثبتة على إجراء دورات تدريبية باستخدام تقنيات صفية مبتكرة ووسائل تعليمية قياسية أو مرتجلة.
- القدرة على تطوير خطة تدريبية للفريق.
- مهارات في إدارة الأفراد وشؤون الموظفين.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support the development and delivery of technical training programmes across the organisation. The role will assess employee competency and training needs, develop structured training plans and materials, coordinate classroom and e-learning sessions, and work closely with internal teams, industry experts and external training providers.
The successful candidate will also support employee performance assessments, evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and recommend improvements based on feedback and business requirements.

Responsibilities
General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the current employees competency and manage personnel appraisals.
- Analyze and identify the need for technical training in the company, design an integrated training program.
- Communicate with the employees and discuss with them the technical issues all are facing.
- Develop training material including outlines, handouts, and other exercises.
- Coordinate with industry experts for conducting classroom-style training and workshops.
- Schedule training sessions through e-learning platforms.
- Ensure all newly hired employees are given the relevant necessary training.
- Evaluate the job performance of employees to determine the effects of training after the end of each session.
- Collect feedback from trainers and trainees and make necessary recommendations to make the training programs better.
- Collaborate with vendors hired for specialized training programs.
- Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.ministration.
- Preferably with Arabic language skills
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor degree in related subject from a credited university with advanced project management certification
- Minimum 10 years’ of overall work experience in relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of professional management processes and procedures
- Experience and demonstrated ability to conduct training courses using innovative classroom techniques and standard or improvised teaching aids.
- Ability to develop training plan for the team
- Skill in personnel management and administration.
- Preferably with Arabic language skills
