نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مهندس التحكم والأتمتة مسؤولية تصميم وتشغيل وصيانة واستكشاف الأخطاء واختبار وتحسين أنظمة التحكم والأتمتة الصناعية. تضمن الوظيفة التشغيل الموثوق والآمن لأنظمة PLC وSCADA وBMS وDCS والأجهزة ولوحات التحكم والأنظمة الكهربائية المرتبطة بها، مع دعم أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- صيانة واستكشاف الأخطاء وتحسين أنظمة PLC وSCADA وHMI وDCS والأتمتة.
- تشخيص أعطال نظام التحكم واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية لتقليل وقت توقف المعدات.
- تطوير وتعديل واستكشاف أخطاء برامج PLC ومنطق التحكم والتسلسلات وواجهات HMI.
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لمعدات الأتمتة والتحكم.
- صيانة واستكشاف أخطاء أجهزة الاستشعار وأجهزة الإرسال والمشغلات وصمامات التحكم والمرحلات ومحركات التردد المتغير (VFDs) والأجهزة.
- مراجعة المخططات الكهربائية والتحكم، بما في ذلك: مخططات التحكم، مخططات الأسلاك، مخططات الخط الواحد، قوائم الإدخال/الإخراج (I/O)، مخططات الأجهزة، ومخططات السبب والنتيجة.
- إجراء اختبار وتشغيل أنظمة التحكم والأتمتة.
- المشاركة في ترقيات الأنظمة والتعديلات ومشاريع الأتمتة الجديدة.
- التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة الكهربائية والميكانيكية وتقنية المعلومات وغيرها أثناء استكشاف الأخطاء وتنفيذ المشاريع.
- مراقبة أداء النظام وتحديد فرص تحسين الأتمتة وتحسين استهلاك الطاقة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية والأعطال والتعديلات ومعايير النظام.
- دعم المقاولين والموردين أثناء التركيب والتشغيل والاختبار واستكشاف الأخطاء.
- ضمان امتثال أنظمة الأتمتة لمعايير السلامة والهندسة وإجراءات الشركة المعمول بها.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية والصيانة والاختبار ووثائق المعدات.
- الاحتفاظ بنسخ احتياطية من برامج PLC وتطبيقات HMI والتكوينات والبيانات الحيوية للأتمتة.
- دعم أنظمة SCADA/BMS وشبكات الاتصالات، بما في ذلك بروتوكولات الاتصالات الصناعية.
- المشاركة في أنشطة الاستجابة للطوارئ والأعطال عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة التحكم أو هندسة الأتمتة أو الميكاترونكس أو مجال ذي صلة.
- معرفة معايير IEC وNFPA وISA وغيرها من المعايير ذات الصلة.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 2 سنوات في الأتمتة الصناعية أو الأنظمة الكهربائية أو الأجهزة أو الصيانة.
- اللغة العربية: طلاقة، اللغة الإنجليزية: مستوى احترافي.

Job Purpose
The Control & Automation Engineer is responsible for the design, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and optimization of industrial control and automation systems. The role ensures reliable and safe operation of PLC, SCADA, BMS, DCS, instrumentation, control panels, and associated electrical systems, while supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
Education requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Certification Requirements: Knowledge of IEC, NFPA, ISA, and other applicable standards.
Experience: 1-2 years in industrial automation, electrical systems, instrumentation, or maintenance.
Languages: Arabic (Fluent), English (Professional).

The Control & Automation Engineer is responsible for the design, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and optimization of industrial control and automation systems. The role ensures reliable and safe operation of PLC, SCADA, BMS, DCS, instrumentation, control panels, and associated electrical systems, while supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, and automation systems.
- Diagnose control-system faults and perform corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime.
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs, control logic, sequences, and HMI interfaces.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for automation and control equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot sensors, transmitters, actuators, control valves, relays, VFDs, and instrumentation.
- Review electrical and control drawings, including: Control schematics, Wiring diagrams, Single-line diagrams, I/O lists, Instrumentation drawings, Cause & Effect diagrams
- Perform testing and commissioning of automation and control systems.
- Participate in system upgrades, modifications, and new automation projects.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, IT, and other engineering teams during troubleshooting and project execution.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for automation improvement and energy optimization.
- Maintain accurate records of PM/CM activities, breakdowns, modifications, and system parameters.
- Support contractors and vendors during installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure automation systems comply with applicable safety, engineering, and company standards/procedures.
- Prepare technical, maintenance, and test reports, and equipment documentation.
- Maintain backups of PLC programs, HMI applications, configurations, and critical automation data.
- Support SCADA/BMS integration and communication networks, including industrial communication protocols
- Participate in emergency and breakdown response activities when required
